I'm 14-years-old so I'm not looking for my life partner or anything. Well, my friends and even some people I don't know call me shallow because I only go out with guys I think are hott. And it's true but only to a certain point. Yes, I do look at looks first but doesn't everyone? I look at looks and if I think they're attractive then I'll talk to them and such. But I'll only date them if they have a great personality to go along with their looks. Personality can also make a guy hott to me so even if I'd initially think they were ugly but they had a confident, amazing personality I'd think they were hott. And like I said before, it's not like I'm looking for they guy I want to marry right now; I'm just having fun and meeting different guys. Does the way I see that make me shallow? Or is the way I pick the guys I want to go out with wrong?
that doesn't make you shallow at all! i mean you're young, and if you aren't ready for a real commitment, then i don't see the big deal with having fun and meeting different guys! as a matter of fact, i know a bunch of girls who are like that. you should be able to have fun now that you are young.. but don't turn guys down just because they aren't very attractive. but as i read, you don't, so it's all good! you are innocent. =)
hey by the way i luv ur site! ok well Ive know this guy for 10 years which is a long time we are like best friends and recently i started liking him when hes sitting with his friends at lunch or something i would find my self staring at him and i dream about him and stuff. It makes me want to faint when he hugs me cuz we always hug. And want to ask him out but i cant and i cant ask a friend to tell him that i like him my birthday is on valintines day and i think he likes me and im ganna see if he askes me to be his valintine. I just dont know what to do and i think i love him what should i do and sorry that this is long i will rate a 5 watever you write.
heyy! thank you so much! i say you wait till valentines day/birthday, cause who knows? he probably does like you! i very much hope so! :) but if he doesn't, you are going to have to talk to him about your feelings! if you wait any longer, things may change and you will regret not telling him and you'll think to yourself how things would have been if you have told him. telling him is worth it, because you don't want him to keep leading you on if he doesn't like you, and you want something to happen if he does! i hope i helped.. and good luck with the guy!
This year I'm goin to a brand new school...i know a lot of people already... At my old school i had no problems getting a boyfriend, but at this school none of the boys like me more than friends. I would be too scared to ask them out. but i feel like i havent had a bf forever!...i really want a bf!
have you been talking to any guys? you better start hanging out with guys if you want a boy! :) but.. if you have been, maybe you should stop being so friendly with them, try being more flirty! boys are weird! show them what you would be like as a girlfriend, because all they see now is you as a good friend. if that doesn't work, maybe they just aren't interested. don't let that put you down, you will eventually find a guy to go out with! maybe at this school boys are different and aren't too much into having girlfriends and such things like that. good luck! *adIna*
ok well i was talking to this guy, were friends, not even friends and we were talking about his friend who had sex with his new girlfriend. then hes like shut up, my dads home. so then we stopped talking about it. then a little bit later it sort of came up again and i made a comment about it. then he didnt respond for like 10 mins. then he said: i hate u, u got me grounded, i told u that my dad was in the room. he didnt tell me that he was in the room, he had just said that he was home nad i had no idea that he was reading the conversation. now the guy (paul) is grounded for 2 months. he says hes never gonna forgive me or ever talk to me again. i feel so bad, theres nothing i can do about it.

ok i have this HUGE project due TOMRROW and my partner (we got to pick our partners) shes my friend and everything but she is so flakey!! she already has a F in that class and i didnt know that and i tryed getting together with her over x mas vacation to start it and she never could...and i talked to her about it at school and shes lkie OMG ya when is it due again? OHH tuesday...well lets do it on sunday...and then so yesterday about 2pm i called her and she was getting ready to leave and then she was like lets just do it at lunch tomrrow...YEA FINSIH A PROJECT IN 30MINS AT LUNCH TOMRROW! but the thing is IM HOMESICK TODAY!! i am throwing up and EVERYTHING...and my grade s already a low c in that class....should i just do the whole project now and 4get about her (because for all i kno shell forget to go in at lunch today) and if i did do the whole project id only write my name on it...not hers....but the thing is we signed up and the teacher nows were partners....wat should i do...its a huge project but i have all day and if worse came to worse id hand it in a day late...
do it yourself, and let the teacher know you did. tell the teacher your friend didn't help you and you will get all the credit you deserve. let your friend learn the hard way.
OK, i have a big problem. well, its big to me at least. I fell in love with my friend of 6 years, and he loved me 2. but someone said that i was cheating on him (which i wasnt) and he believed it and me and him broke up. hes now going out with a girl (i know her) that he never sees or talks to. hes talked to her once since they started going out and thats it. and throughout the year before they got together me and him did the whole off and on thing cuz he kept leaving me then coming back and i stupidly took him back every time. then he hears something that isnt even true one time and he doesnt wanna be w/ me ever again. well, thinking about that i started to get over him. and now im falling back for him, i dont want to but i cant help it. i miss him constantly and i keep looking at my picture of him, and it wont work to stop looking at it, ive tried. plz help! and sorry this is long
don't keep taking him back. don't let me him keep coming back to you, you should definately move on! how can a relationship work without trust? what he isn't doing is trusting you, that's why he easily believes what others say. find someone who you can trust and who can trust you, and it'll last a long time! :)
Okay, I know I shouldn't have but I did!! Everyone told me not to do it but I did it anyway. I popped about 4 pimples because they were huge and just staring at them made me feel grossed out. When I popped them it swelled up and had puss coming out of them. Is there anything you can use to make the swelling stop and to shrink or not to show real badly. Please don't tell me to use coverup, makeup and all those acne scrubs. Tell me an ingrediant something you can put on the pimple that you can make out of everday items. thanxz, please hurry!!
uhh gross! you should have listened to everyone who told you not to.. they obviously know more than you do. lol, popping pimples causes you to get marks that probably won't go away. not only that, it causes your face to get MORE pimples! i hope you cleaned your face with some deep clean acne scrub, because if you didn't, you will probably get more pimples around that area again. next time, if you really want to get rid of pimples, put some invisible lemish treatment that you put on your pimples that you can wear all day long, and your pimples go away in about a day or two. you can go ahead and get that stuff and wear it on your popped pimples to make the swelling go away. i recommend using clean&clear.. that stuff is really good! :)
is it alright to not tell your mother baout your period for a few months, because i know if i tell her she will get all emotional and cry and be all my lil baby is growing up and now we have a special bond. i am the only daughter with 2 older brothers. im al right on getting pad and stuff....im just wondering if its safe to not tell for a few months plz help!
the decision of telling your mom is up to you! your mom doesn't have to know EVERYTHING that goes on in your life, and if you are okay on getting pads and stuff, then i don't see the big deal on hiding it from your mom. but, you should tell your mom about your period, because she will probably find out sooner or later. she's gonna have to know some day.

okay so me nd my boyfriend have been dating for like 2 months but there is this one boy that i went out with last year..we went out for like a year and i still really like him..i like cant stop thinkin about him and he asked me back out but i really like me boyfriend now and i dont know what to do..the boy i like is movin somewhere far away and i will probly never see him again(hes movin over the summer) and i reallllyy like him but if i dump the boy i am with now that i really like too he will probly never go back out with me but i dont wanna miss my chance with the boy that is moving
don't go back out with the boy who is moving. it isn't worth it, because he's moving anyway! and as you said, your boyfriend probably won't want to go back out with you after breaking up. the best thing to do, is stay with him! if you really like him, there shouldn't be any worries!

there's nothing wrong with wanting to be single! but you should think really hard about this, because some day soon you are going to want someone that will be there for you and who will care about you like he did. there's nothing better than that! if i were you, i would stay with him, maybe it would be worth it? but if you really aren't ready for a major commitment, then go ahead and end it. don't write him a note though, just tell him in person! it's truly the right way to break up with people! if you tell him by note, phone, whatever, then he will feel like he meant nothing to you.

try and grab the very top layer of hair and hold your hair straight up. then straighten up instead of down. i don't really know.. my mom does that. lol
