yes. all girls i know, and myself, do it. usually girls shave it all off, but it just depends on what you like better. you can get the hair way down there, just go all under too, it won't cut you or anything.

no that really won't work well. it will be sticky and gross. you can put mascara though on your top and bottom to make them darker.
