You can do the same with it as pencil.. I personally only use it for my top eye lid.. Its easier to make it straighter.. Ummm it will take practice.. ♥ Dez

use a q-tip and just put it on... btw, the qtip is for after u put it on, and ur having troubles cleaning it up to ho wu want it to look.

Well it's a little more difficult than pencil. I wouldn't suggest putting it on the bottom until you get used to it. Don't put too much eyeliner on the applicator brush thing, and only go where your eyelashes begin to grow (on the top of your eyelid). Keep practicing and soon you'll get used to it and be able to do it in no time. Wet Q-Tips are great for fixing little problems. I hope I helped. to it. Remember, practice makes perfect!

put it on your bottom lid in the inside crease. it is just the same as pencil.
