Okay, I'm turning 16 in about a week. I've had my period since I was about 11.
I'm developed in the sense that I have breasts, my hips widened and I have pubic hair.

I was just thinking about it earlier, randomly, and I want to know how normal is it for a girl to be developed and years after getting her period for her to continue to develop? As in, her breasts grow more (not due to weight gain) or her hips widen more, etc.

Also, at what age do women completely stop developing?

Yes, it's normal for women to continue to develop years after they've gotten their period. Most women don't stop developing into a 'woman' until they're around 18 or up til early 20's.

how do you get a guy to want you more? like the expression always leaving them wanting more.

Basically be a tease. Say, you're on a first date and you know that you're going to kiss. When you're about to, make sure you only kiss once and it's amazing. Then stop after a few seconds and say goodbye. You want him to want more. What you don't want to do is basically sleep with a guy the first night you meet him.

She isn't a good friend if she's always the cause of you ending relationship with guys. You have to say something to her. My friend thought that I liked this kid she liked cuz we talked a lot and she just asked me to back off a little bit. I wasn't offended, and I did. Tell her that you like him and you want this to last and ask for her not to get in the way because you felt like she was the cause for other times when relationships have failed.

Is it normal to actually feel your heart brake. I don't mean literally like your beating heart but I mean whenever I remember how hurt i was after my break up its like butterflys run through my arms and to my heart. This has never happened to me before and Ive been calling this my heart brake because this only happens when i think about him, its not like it hurts its just like a complete saddness that goes through me. Has this ever happened to anyone before?

Yes it has. This basically is heartbreak. When your stomach starts flipping and it feels like there's a huge rock in there. Then it's like a rush of saddness overpowers you and you just want to cry. And your heart starts to beat faster and it feels like all of your muscles just give up for a second.

Like your first period? Nope, you don't. Kids really young start exploring their bodies and experimenting far before they've gotten their first period. It's said that even toddlers know what feels good down there, even if they're not intentionally 'masturbating'. Like, if a kid is rocking back and forth on the arm of a couch or something like that. I have been dating my girlfriend for two years in October. She is the most amazing girl i have ever met and about 7 months ago i gave her a promise ring and i know she is the girl i want to spend the rest of my life with. Sometimes we get into little fights and blow them way out of proportion. About a month ago we had one of these fights and she wouldn't come to a party with me that night. At that party, i got pretty drunk and slept with a girl from another school. I didn't tell her about it and everything seemed like it was fine until this girl i slept with showed up at my baseball game and just so happens to sit down next to my girl friend and her best friend without knowing it was them. They start talking and pretty soon Becca, the girl from the party, has to go so she asks my girl friend if she could give me a ring back that i had left at her house (the promise rings we gave each other) of course my girlfriend gets curious why this girl has my ring and so she asks becca about it and she told her the whole thing. After the game my girlfriend brought the ring up to me and said that my "little friend Becca" thought i would want it back and asked her to give it to me. I was totallly shocked and had no idea even what to say. She broke it off right then and there. I need to find some way to make it up to her. She is the love of my life and i totally regret what i did but she won't even talk to me which is really awkward since i am at her house all the time since her brothers are my best friends and her dad is my football coach. How can i get her back?

Oh man, what a tough situation. I'm kind of in the same one with my friend. The best thing is to do is tell her exactly EVERYTHING that you feel right now. Even if you write it down, make sure she knows exactly what you feel. She'll still be mad and ignore and bitchy to you, but you have to let her know what you really feel. Tell her that you're so sorry and you don't know why you did it, and if you could take it back you could. You never meant to hurt her, even though you know that you did. You didn't want to tell her because she's the one girl that you know that you love, and if you lost her you don't know what you'd do without her. After you tell her, just give her some time. Don't push her to talk to you or bug her or call her constantly. She needs time to think of what she wants to do. If she doesn't talk to you within a week or two, maybe try calling her and ask her what she thinks, and then say what you feel again. It'll be tough and I can promise you that it'll be hard to forgive you, even though you didn't mean to do it. Good luck

But I can get it to stick up like hers without a ton of hairspray which makes it look ratty and all the strands are stuck together. How can I make it nice and fluffy but still stick up like hers at the top?
Also, when I straighten my hair at the bottom it always goes back wavy again abot an hour after I've straightened it. It's disgusting. How can I fix this without permanently straightenening it? It's naturally wavy and I like to thin it out when it's straightened. I have layers in my hair like in that photo so it tends to become more volumous.

I would reallly reallly appreaciate anyone at all who can help me.

My friend always has her hair big at the top & she got the product from Supercuts. (Sorry, I don't know the name of it). But all you have to do is walk in and ask, and they'd show you the product.

Constantly add aloe lotion to your face. Do NOT touch it and pick at it, it makes it much worse. It will make it red and it might even leave a scar. I know from experience.

okay so. I'm a girl and I have a guy friend. and everytime we talk on msn, he starts off the conversation with "whats up" and I say "nothing" and then the conversation ends there. when he asks whats up...what is he waiting for me to answer him with?! lollll

He obviously wants to talk to you if he ims you, but he probably doesn't know what to say when you say "nothing" or it might not seem like you want to talk. Next to go into detail with something that could branch off into a conversation, like "ohh nothing, just talking to people and listening to music" .. then he could ask what you're listening to .. etc. Also, ask him what he's up to so he knows that you want to talk. =)

Okay so i want to go back to school with a "change" . Espicially a change with my hair. My hair is kind of long, its beneath my shoulders though, maybe three inches. I have dark brown hair and i used to have blonde streaks, but i got that two times, im sick of it. I need help with deciding a new color to put in my hair. Would a lighter brown look good? I dont know. Just give some advice please and thank you.

Yea, light brown would look really good. The blonde streaks is just sort of, blah, and only a few people actually look good with them with dark hair. I would go with a mixture of light brown and auburn/reddish highlights. They'd look really cute. As for a cut, maybe try getting your hair thinned if it isn't already, some layers, and side bangs.
