Like your first period? Nope, you don't. Kids really young start exploring their bodies and experimenting far before they've gotten their first period. It's said that even toddlers know what feels good down there, even if they're not intentionally 'masturbating'. Like, if a kid is rocking back and forth on the arm of a couch or something like that. Kind of weird, but true.
