Well, I thought it meant : "never you mind" or "none of your business" ,"thats for me to know and you to find out" or "its a secret"
it only means the above BY the nose ( either side)..not on the nose tip.
Ive used it in that sense..and so does everyone else i know haha.

Like 'Noses?' It's basically like saying 'Not It'. When you don't want to do something, the last person to put their finger on their nose is it.
