Well, i recommend you go to H&M for sure. Also, Eaton Centre has many good stores as well. There are many outlet malls in the Toronto Area (eg. Dixie outlet Malls) which carry quality clothes but for a low price. You can check out the Eaton Centre website: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

If your looking for the brand names store (eg Lacoste, Dolce and Gabbanna..), they are located on Bloor street west i believe.
