i am in seventh grade and i am a girl the thing is i would like these guys and if they like me we would go out fo about a week then i'd usually dump them because i met someone unner then the same thing would happen. i don't know what it is but after a week or two i find someone funner to be with and find the boyfrined i am with boring so i dump them and date those other guys. im not a slut im still a virign. i want a type of commitment. can anyone help me choose one guy and one guy only? i'm 13 and i'm only 5'1. i'm very self-conscious about my height so i measure myself everyday. why is it that when i wake up i'd grow half to a full inch from the night before when i measured but at the end of the day i'd measure myself again and it said that i shrunk again? this happens almost every morning, when will i stop increasing an inch and then losing an inch by the end of the day? how can i prevent it? thank u (link)

That's completely normal and happens to everyone. What you can do to decrease how much height you lose during the day is to take calcium supplements (talk to your doctor about this), do posture excercises (again, talk to your doctor or a chiropractor), and use a wheeling backpack rather than one on your back.
Also, you're 13. You'll be full grown in 6 years. Be patient

You need to tell them what their fighting is doing, but there is nothing you can - or should - do to get them back together. If they don't stop, can you stay at a relative's or friend's place for a while? Once they realize you're gone, they should wake up.

ok so i know this is bad but me and my ex bf of 8 months broke up a few weeks ago. soo many people always told me he was cheating and hed always deny it. so finally i just dumped him. and other reasons too.but neways, he has a new girlfriend now. and shes the same girl people alwys sayd he was messing around on me with. so now im rally suspecious. we all have myspace acounts and he doesn't have AIM so he e mails her over myspace (he told me). also when we were together he never would give me his password. hed ask me how to put colors on his myspace and id be like oh ill do it for you and hed be like nevermind ill just ask someone else. so yea. i heard theres things called Password Crackers to crack passwords. i know his e mail addy he used for myspace, i just need the password. so yea where can i download a good free password cracker that will work?? thx (link)

You can't make someone like you. Just be sweet and funny and smart. For example, open a door for her, then ask her what she thinks about that. It'll start up a conversation in which you get to show that you're sweet and smart. If the conversation dies, ask her if she's seen some funny movie. Just go from there, cracking some jokes or quoting some funny lines.

I have a big problem. I have never thought my nose was big until I entered middle school and kids starting asking me about it. To make matters worse, everytime I go outside it turns RED and I mean RED. Its so gross and I look disgusting. I've tried putting concealor on it to disguise the red ness but it only makes my nose appear bigger, which I dont want. Is there anything I can do to make it less red? (link)

I was in the same situation, except it started in third grade because I fell on my nose, which is what made it "big". Ignore all the idiots who make fun of you. It will stop in high school, it did for me and nobody has teased me about it since I graduated from 8th grade.
Everyone's nose turns red when it's cold out. You just notice it more because you're already so self-conscious about it and you're surrounded by idiots who make fun of you. Again, once the teasing stops, you just won't care anymore.
If Ringo Starr, the Beatle, could be the most famous drummer ever, become a millionaire, and be respected by millions of people, with his big nose, you can make it through middle school.

Okay heres the deal...
Ive been dating this GREAT guy i mean he's perfect..But im not exactly the most loyal person..So over spring break i lost mah virginity 2 some one else..Yeah i kno its bad and n a way i regret it..But the otha guy well call him Will is soo hot, popular, cute, sweet, and hes jus a lil freak and we mesh good togetha. PLus i think (i know) i could really stop my game for Will which would be a HUGE achievement for me!! Now on 2 mah boifriend again well call him Jay. Jay is okay lookin, sweetheart, says he loves me 2 death, hes perfect ecspect..he cant make me laugh like Will and he thinks hes funni when hes not @ all..Me & Will jus have more n common PLUS he took my virginity!
Well i dont want 2 be with Jay anymore but im n fear of hurting him AND everyone says ill be making a huge mistake because hes so good 2 me.
But I would prefer 2 date Will jus for the simple fact we have more n common..
But i dont know what 2 do OR HOW 2 DO IT!!

OK ive been on a diet for about 5 days and i have been really goo about eating no junk. I even lost 2 pounds when i went on the scale today...roblem is..im a typical overweight american : I love my junkfood..Its getting so0o hard to turn down the junk..im afraid im going to give in and ruin my diet. My weight has been fluctuating..i might be 2 lbs lighter, then maybe 1, then back to my beginning weight.
How can i keep my weight from fluctuating and how can i deal with my cravings for food?? please dont say just tough it out..because its way to hard. :/

If you crave sweets, have some dried fruit. If you crave fried or grilled stuff, have some lightly oiled, grilled veggies.
Vegetarian Times Magazine is a lifesaver (I'm guessing you're not a vegetarian, but I still highly recommend it for their easy, healthy recipes and articles).

I have this friend and lately her parents divorced. At first she wouldn't tell me but then she did and she started crying. I feel really bad for her, how can i make her feel better? She keeps on saying that people will think that she is a divorced child.. But she really isn't. Shes so nice. (link)

More than half of marriages end in divorce. It's no longer considered sinful or alienating, it's normal. My parents divorced when I was four. She's feeling overwhelmed and upset because of her parents divorcing, anyone going through that would. Do you know anyone else with divorced parents who could talk with her?
She'll meet many people with divorced parents, it's just a matter of time. Just sympathize with her.

There was just one thing that was taught to me and it worked like a miracle. Right before you go under water, take in a big breath. As soon as you go under water, keep your mouth shut and slowly blow the air out of your nose. Just push yourself through the water. Watch what other people do if you need to. Goggles made me much more comfortable at first.

Every time i wash my hair when it dries it gets all sticky and stiff kind of..like i put gel in it when i rele didnt. i always make sure i rinse it out good, and ive tried various shampoos and conditionerz. WHY IS MY HAIR DOING THIS? it gets so sticky and greasy looking i can never wear it downm. (link)

You're probably not rinsing your shampoo and conditioner enough. What I do is I turn on the radio or play my stereo whenever I shower. I rinse all during a song, then I know that it's been long enough. You might want to try that or some other way to time it.
