Coming from a person who has tried every diet pill you can imagine - yes all of the rumors are true. The only rumor not true is that it helps you lose weight. The only way it helps you lose weight is if you're on a strict diet plan which can help you lose weight anyway even without the drug. Diet pills can make a person feel very gittery and uncomfortable. Also once stopped not only do you gain the weight back - you gain double. Simply because you've been restraining yourself from food that your body craves. Your taste buds send endorphins to your brain telling it that this is what makes you REALLY happy, To the point where you're literally addicted to food. So yes, please don't take them as they are very bad for you and can destroy your body. Good Luck!

So basically, I've been asked to study my Learner's book because i want to get my licence as soon as possible, but when it comes to studying Im not good at memorizing stuff unless Im really interested in it, and well, Information about giving way and whatnot just doesn't interest me and if i feel pressured to pass the test, I will have a panic attack pretty much. My mind tends to go off into another direction when im trying to focus reading so im veryy easily distracted. Does anyone know a special way to study and remember informationn? (link)

Have you tried a college success class? They really help with study tips and memorizing information. I know how you feel - If I'm not interested, there's no way I want to tune in. You just have to be confident in how far you've come and know that you only have a little bit left. Try your best as I'm sure you won't have to take this test again, or at least for a long time. When your boyfriend ejaculates, slow down your hand motion immediately as it can hurt if you keep going. Ease off and just let it...'cum'. Here's my problem:
My best friend has a new boyfriend and she is spending 24/7 with him (almost literally, this is college and people can do that easily)!
He is a really great guy: he is taking things slow physically, he does not seem like the jealous type (I am a guy, not a girl, so this is important) ect... However, I rarely see her anymore (as opposed to spending probably half our free time together before this guy came along). I have lots of other great friends, I date a lot of girls, and I have a great social life, but I really miss my best friend.
I have talked with her about it, hinting how hurt I am, but she just makes excuses, says that eventually (months down the road!) things will tone down a little (but still not get anywhere near normal!!) ect... If I were a little younger, I would just wait this out for a few weeks, but we are getting to the age (19) where these things can begin to last a LONG time. I feel like once its over, I can let her know, not only how bad for romantic relationships this sort of thing can be, but how much it hurt me as a friend. I trust that after that, she won't do it again in her next relationship. However, it seems like it could possibly be months or even years and until the relationship is over, I doubt I can make her see the light before then. What do I do?

PS if you think what she is doing is ok (I think its very wrong on two levels: hurting your friends AND unhealthy relationship) it is interesting to note that HE is still spending HOURS EVERY DAY with his friends, she just tags along
PPS I'm not close to my family, and I don't value significant others much (I enjoy the time with them, but I know it doesn't last). Therefore, needless to say, friends are far more important to me than they are to most people. You're right - this is NOT okay of her to be doing. Honestly, some people are like that and it sucks really bad. I'm going through the same thing with my 'guy' best friend. What I've learned through it all is that you truely learn who your real friends are after high school. I hate to say this but your 'best friend' isn't mature enough to handle both friendships and relationships at the same time. It's not fair and I know you feel hurt and crushed that you're losing your best friend but it's how todays immature society works now a days. Trust me - not everyone is like that. For example, in my relationship - I make a strong effort to make sure my outside friends are still getting the attention they deserve. So there are people out there that don't abandon their friends the second they get into a relationship but it's really rare to find. I guess my advice here is, be strong and try to move on. Always be there for her if something bad happens or if she needs you - but unfourtunately it sounds like shes not going to change and you're just waisting your time waiting around for her. I'm sorry you have to go through this but life lessons are what help us make it and become a stronger person right? Good Luck!

When I want to shed a few pounds all I eat is cottage cheese with chopped tomatoes. Add a little bit of salt and pepper for flavor. If you don't like tomatoes try avocados, or any other type of vegetable you like. If you don't care for any of this - message me again and I'll give you another diet plan to stick with.
If this does sound good - Drink only water or flavored water. Try to stick to only this a couple times a day and you should shed 10-15 in about 1-2 weeks.

Yes, the bill from your GYN will show up on the insurance bill. However, you can call them ahead of time and request a seperate bill in your name to come to you with no return address. This doesn't mean you have to pay for it, (your insurance should cover it) it just means the statement will go to you. Good Luck!

Don't go back to him. Show him he had his chance and he blew it. Honestly he might just be keeping you around without the lable of 'relationship' for security reasons because he may have low self-esteem. He wants to appear as if he always has a girl (which would be you inbetween relationships) and once he actually gets a girlfriend he forgets about you.
