Well, if you happen to have a good thrift store near where you live and don't mind shopping at one; there are plenty of beautiful dresses there and they are really cheap. But i understand if you don't like shopping at thrift stores. You can also get some good dresses at Wal-mart, Target, Koles, Dillards, Old Navy, Bealls, Cato, JCPenny, and lots of other department stores. If you wanted to you could try making them yourself if you or someone you know can sew. Hope I helped.
