diet pill experience

Question Posted Tuesday January 27 2009, 2:16 am

I know diet pills aren't great for you. But why? Has anyone had experience using diet pills? Is it true that they help you lose the weight, but once you stop taking the pills you gain the weight back immediately? Do they take weight off in all the wrong places (ie boobs, ass) haha

Coming from a person who has tried every diet pill you can imagine - yes all of the rumors are true. The only rumor not true is that it helps you lose weight. The only way it helps you lose weight is if you're on a strict diet plan which can help you lose weight anyway even without the drug. Diet pills can make a person feel very gittery and uncomfortable. Also once stopped not only do you gain the weight back - you gain double. Simply because you've been restraining yourself from food that your body craves. Your taste buds send endorphins to your brain telling it that this is what makes you REALLY happy, To the point where you're literally addicted to food. So yes, please don't take them as they are very bad for you and can destroy your body. Good Luck!

I tried them in the past. They may work for the first week and then your body becomes used to them and you have to take more and more to get them to work. Thats where the big trouble starts.

Yes once you stop taking them the weight comes back plus some. Why? Because they do noting to change the behavior keeping you overweight.

They do not take weight off in certain spots and not others. Most women lose weight in the boobs first no matter what diet they use.

The best and safest way to lose is proper diet and exercise. There is no quick easy fix.
