Diet? Can you please give me a diet program that doesnt include running because i'm pretty busy person, i want to drop 15 pounds a month. THANK YOU

When I want to shed a few pounds all I eat is cottage cheese with chopped tomatoes. Add a little bit of salt and pepper for flavor. If you don't like tomatoes try avocados, or any other type of vegetable you like. If you don't care for any of this - message me again and I'll give you another diet plan to stick with.
If this does sound good - Drink only water or flavored water. Try to stick to only this a couple times a day and you should shed 10-15 in about 1-2 weeks.
