Hey there.

This is not going to be easy since it is a lot of weight to drop without losing strength substantially.

I would suggest the following:

- Start doing low intensity morning fasted cardios. So, a cardio before breakfast, of at least 30 min. Slow and steady to target the fat stores.

- Make sure you eat enough protein, and calculate your nutritional requirements carefully. I take it you probably already have a good diet, but here is a link on calculating your nutritional needs just in case:

- Use supplements, particularly BCAAs, glutamine, and a good whey brand. I don't know much about fat burners and so on, but I don't think they could ever be recommended for someone so young (assuming the age on your profile is updated).

- Cut your calories primarily from carbs and saturated fats. Particularly stay away from carbs when you have periods of low activity ahead of you. Make sure you still get your daily EFAs and so on. Carbs can go quite low, but you still need enough energy to work out effectively. So you need to experiment with them a bit.

Good luck in your competition.
