My names Britney, I go by Brit. I'm a senior in high school. I've been through a lot so I know pretty much anything. I'm really outgoing and I love to have a good time. So any queustions, just ask!

I'm depressed because my life has evolved to be all about studying (I am a dedicated nursing student), I have low self-esteem, the crowd in my school I do not get along with (there is a term in the philippines called "jologs" meaning they are poor), I'm super bored, i feel overscheduled (my class is from Mon-Sat), I come from a dysfunctional family (can't talk to anyone about problems) and life just seems so empty and a burden. Everyday it is hard just to get up, and it is hard to sleep too. I've been depressed since December. Now, I think I need help to snap out of it.

Are there sure-fire remedies for depression?

Depression is a disease so you should see someone for it. In a month you might feel like you've snapped out of it but in reality your still sad and it will come back. I suggest you go see a doctor. I don't believe that they can help with depression but who knows. I don't like the doctor, maybe you do. And these anti depressants, be very careful with them. I think they don't work but you have your own oppinion. Good luck.

Do it step by step. Like where a punkish shirt one day, and then next where something your style and the next wear something punkish, and keep adding on to it after that. Like Punk shoes, punk shirt. Good luck.

Sit them both down and tell them that your not taking anyone's side and your not getting into any of their stupid fights. If they don't listen to that then when they come to you with their problems tell them again and ignore then until they start talking about something that you want to talk about. Good luck.

Aww I'm so sorry. I think you should tell him if you feel comfortable. It's not like you wanted to be raped - but if you don't feel comfortable just tell him you are a virgin. I don't think it will affect the relationship. He should be understanding.

I was going to do that to my hair and I asked the lady at my salon and she said honestly its a waste of money. She says it stays striaght for like 2-4 weeks and it is supposed to stay striaght for 3 months. So I decided not to do it. But my friend got it done and it messed her hair up really bad. So I don't recommend it to anyone.

I have been dating this kid for 2 months now. He is 17 and i am 15. Before i started dating him he was dating this other girl that was 20 years old and they were engaged. Most likely he is, but you don't know that unless you catch him. Your friends might be telling you that because they want to 2 to break up, but they may tell you the truth. If I was you I would break up with him especially if he has a history of cheating. [ once a cheater always a cheater ] But it's up to you, because your are the one dating him. Good luck

so i dated this guy a while back. and he dumped me. im in love with him. and he keeps telling me all the time how he misses me and stuff. well now i go to another school and i still talk to him. i started crushing over another guy. well i told my ex about it. and last night he started pouring his heart out to me saying he loves me and misses me. he said he wishes he could go back to when we were together. he even called me after he got offline. did he say all this because he was jealous or do you think he meant it. idk.

In a way I think he's jealous. Nevermind. In alot of ways I think he's jealous. I wouldn't believe anything he says. Whether it's true or not it's going to hurt you anyway. So my advice to you is to forget about him, even though you like/love him.

I've got a question about my friend. I think she may have some serious mental problems. This morning in first hour she was writing a note to someone (I didn't know she was). Well, I glanced over in her direction and she flipped the paper, turned to look at me, and said: "Stop reading my fucking note! God, are you ever going to leave me alone?!?!" So, I asked: "...what...note?" She rolled her eyes and moved to another seat. So, naturally, I was in my seat thinking "What the hell did I do?" Anyway, in third hour she sat beside me again. Again, she was writing notes and I didn't know that she was, so I turned around to talk to her. She FREAKED out and starts yelling about how I'm a nosy bitch. I was ...basically speechless. I mean, it's like she's got some mental problem with excessive paranoia. For instance, yesterday in our Study Hall my boyfriend and I were writing notes to each other. My friend wanted to look at them, and because I said no, she automatically assumed that they were about her and proceeded to call me a bitch. They weren't even remotely related to her. If I talk to anyone other than her she automatically thinks that I'm talking about her or telling them secrets about her. She spreads horrible lies about couples at our schools, including me and my boyfriend. Sometimes I wonder if I should get her some counseling to try to help her out. She's excessively paranoid. I think she may be bi-polar as well (either that or she has some SERIOUS mood swings). For example, in P.E. one morning she was on a different team than me and was so mad at ME that she rammed me up into the bleachers. After P.E. she cussed me out in the locker rooms for being a "complete asshole." Then at Lunch two periods later she acted like nothing was wrong, or that nothing had ever happened. In the hallway this afternoon, I was joking about her using her cellphone (which is strictly against the school rules) and she lost it. Is this just normal teenager behavior or does my friend need some serious help? All advice would be appreciated.

Maybe she is doing drugs and she doesn't want you to know about them. You should find out because she might be doing something bad. Good luck. Or many she does have a disorder. Talk to one of your teachers or conselours or something.

My friend got a tattoo there and she said it hurt but not enough to make her cry. Which everyone says that getting a tattoo hurts. I guess it depends on the person.

I need advice about what color eye shadows would accent my hazel eyes the best. I have medium brown hair and medium toned skin if that helps. I would really appreciate it, i rate high.

I have sorta the same color and I use brown and it makes my eyes glow. It's really pretty. I use a dark brown eyeliner and put it on top of my eye, then I put gold eye shadow above it.

I would ditch him, because the longer you date him the worse it's going to get. No offense or anything but just to be blunt about it, I would dump him because I've seen this happen to alot of people. Don't let him treat you like shit. Get even with that little faggot and start treated him like shit. Treat him like he treats you.
