First of all, cut out ALL sodas. Drink water for a majority of your drinks (try for 6 glasses a day). People have no idea how much of your daily calorie intake comes from beverages. Cut out ALL fast food. It's not necessary. By simply cutting out those 2 things, I lost 6 pounds in a week. Fruits & Vegetables! Obviously, eat as much of those as possible. Remember to watch your portions. 100 Calorie snack packs are great!, but if you eat 10 of those a day you're still in trouble. Excersise at least 30 minutes a day. Start off slow & build yourself up. I recommend jogging, sit ups, squats, the basics. If you have extra money to spend.. I would also recommend a personal trainer. Best of luck!

Cut out sodas and fast food. Seriously, it works! I lost 6 pounds in a week, and a friend of mine lost 10. The weight loss only occurs during the first week, so don't expect to lose 5 pounds 4 times a month. To keep it up remeber to excersise & eat healthy. : )

It all comes down to personal morals/preferences/beliefs/etc. I PERSONALLY think sex should be shared between two people in love, not necessarily two people that are married. I PERSONALLY think age doesn't matter as long as the person is aware of the consequences of pregnancy and STDs.

Hopefully you can't relate tooooo much to Go Ask Alice. But seriously Go Ask Alice & The Lovely Bones are my all time favorite books. I reallyy recommend reading T.L.B., it is amazing! You might also like the book Perfect. It's about one teenage girl's struggle with bulemia. Have fun choosing.

You can paint it whenever you want. Sure summer is best, but if you really want your room a different color NOW then go for it. It might take a couple extra days to be compeltely odor-less so plan on sleeping in a guest room or on a couch somewhere else in the house while the fumes die down. Have fun.

You're supposed to change your tampon every 4-6 hours... But if you're going swimming I would change right before going into the pool & right after you get out. Just to be clean & keep the pool completely clean too. It's better to be safe then sorry! And it's only tampons, they're not expenisve so it's not like you'll be wasting money.
