pootietang answered Monday January 22 2007, 9:05 pm: 1. Don't snack. Only have 3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
2. Have a light breakfast, like a fruit and a glass of juice.
3. Have a moderate lunch [not too big, but not too small].
4. Have a small dinner [this means no going back for seconds or overflowing your plate].
5. Exercise for an hour every day nonstop. You can run, jog, walk, swim, etc.
6. Don't eat after 6:00 pm.
7. If you can't help eating after 6:00 pm, then don't eat after 7:00 pm at the LATEST.
8. Don't have too many fats or carbs.
