calory-less snacks?

Question Posted Monday January 22 2007, 5:52 pm

i really like snacking while i'm doing my homework or watching tv. i've been snacking on mini oreos lately. thing is, 9 mini oreos is like, 130 calories or something. is there other snacks that are as good or somewhat as good as oreos that doesn't have so much calories in it? nothing too expensive, please. thank you.

I think that they have 100 Calorie Oreo packs, but if not, they do have a lot of other choices. Special K bars are amazing, and there's 90 calories in most of them. Light, nonfat yogurt. Fresh fruit, like strawberries or cherries are naturally sweet, without added sugars and fats.

Celery has no calories. Celery is also disgusting.

Try those nabisco 100 calorie pack things. Other brands make them too, goldfish does now.

Rice cakes, baby carrots, smoothies, banana chips, special k bars (only 90 calories), wheat thins, etc.

I adore eating the special K bars and the granola bars. Most of them contain not more than 90 calories. (Unless you go for the granola bars that contain up to 200 calories -- be careful for that) Make sure to look at the Nutrition Facts before buying.

Good flavors of special K (that i love) to choose from:

Honey nut
Vanilla
Strawberry

Granola Bars:
Cookie Dough
Peanut Butter
Chocolate Chip

Special K bars go no more than 3 dollars in most grocery stores, and granola bars can go a dollar each if sold individually (whereas in a box it can go up tp 3 dollars as well)

It's worth it. I adore chocolate and anything that has chocolate and contains 90 calories is good for me!

They fill you up pretty fast, too if you are also thinking about trying to adapt to a healthier lifestyle, and trying to eat less. Those really work!

Hope I helped =]
