Actually being ovulated is about once your period stops. Your ovaries are still ovulated so once it finishes try and try. but you could try fertility drugs to help you but you'll probably end up with twins, triplets, +etc

"Most women ovulate near the middle of their monthly menstrual cycle. The average cycle length for a woman is between 23 to 35 days. It is possible, however, to have a longer or shorter menstrual cycle. Sometimes it is even possible to have ovulation occur twice in one month, or to have a month where no ovulation occurs at all. Most doctors agree that ovulation usually happens 13 to 14 days before starting your period or monthly bleeding."

Hmm, i just taking this from the heath class i took last year but the best time to get pregnant is right in the middle of your last period and your next one. So say its every 30 [just an example] days then on the 15th day would be the best time.
