don't get mad, instead, take the hint. She blew you off, and confronting her will only make her continue about how her wrist hurt and she didn't want to go, if she's manipulative she can twist it around to make you look bad for being mad about it. i've been through ALOT of friend drama and the best thing to do here is to move on from it. don't call her to hang out, because obviously she isn't reliable. Talk to more people hang out with other friends more and become closer with girls you didn't talk to that much before. If she calls you to hang out don't blow her off to get back at her, just move on and have fun. life is too short to get angry over little things.

for like, a year now, both of my big toes have been swollen and ingrown. even when i grown out the nails, they are still ingrown. my mom said that she has though about taking me to a doctor to get them taken off.( the nail, not the toe) but if he does, will it grow back? and is their ANY way that i can heal it. i mean, they OBVIOULSY wont go away on their own!

Going to the doctor does not mean he will have to cut off your nails, in fact most likely your doctor will just give you antibiotics. Your toes are swollen, which mean there is an infection beneath the skin, this infection makes it difficult for our nails to grow properly. 10 days of antibiotics should do the trick, no need to cut off your nails.

i have ritalin and when i got it, i was confused because it wasn't those little round white pills like i've seen before. it was like an oblong-looking black colored pill. i didn't expect that. does anyone out there take an ADD medicine that looks like that? i guess i'm just second guessing what it is. but yeah does anyone take that? i haven't taken it yet because i'm confused that it's not like the regular looking ritalin.....

don't take it. Not just because it isn't your prescription, because let's face it many people take drugs they aren't suppose to, but because i have a very severe case of ADD and when I was on ritalin it was a small orange pill. I have never seen ritalin, or any other legit ADD pills, as a large dark pill. They are almost always very small and light colored pills.
plus despite what you've heard, if you don't have ADD all ritalin will do is make you tired. you won't get high or anything, i know this because i know ALOT of people who took it thinking it would make them hyper or whatever but it did nothing. When people tell you, oh this drug will make you feel like this, it's most likely all in their heads. so don't be naive about it, taking that pill is useless because it won't do anything but possibly harm your body.

okay so my bf wants to finger me and i never been fingered before and never used a tampon because my hymen is still intact...i dont know what to say to him because i do want to go further with him its just the fact that my hymen is still intact then he cant do it i've been trying to break it with tampons, stretching, etc...but its not breaking....any ideas what to do with the whole hymen situation? plus im sick of using pads, but it hurts like a bitch if i try to put a tampon inside

1. you don't have to break your hymen to get fingered, in fact being fingered is most enjoyable when his fingers are not inside your vagina but on your clitoris. it is a common misconception that your clitoris is in your vagina while in reality it's at the very front of your vaginal area. getting fingered should not have anythin to do with actually placing your fingers inside your vagina if you know what you're doing.
follow this diagram and look to see whre the clotoris is located, that is the place where the most pleasure will be.
2. just as some skin pigments are different for your face the color of one's vaginal area can vary. I wouldn't worry, that's completely normal.
3. as for the discharge, some girls have clumpings in their discharge and some don't, i wouldnt worry about it. Unless you find your "area" is itchy or feels swollen, that may indicate you have a yeast infection and while they are not serious and are easily treated, they can be bothersome. but I'm sure you're fine

first of all, you small skinny and beautiful already so there is alot to work with. but no matter what you do with your hair/makeup/cloths you must be confident to make it work so drop that "i cnt do it" attitude you're gorgeous already!
let's start with you're hair. since you have darker eyes and an olive-like skin tone black is definantly not your color. in fact, very few people can pull off black hair so unless your skin is incredibly dark i would steer away from it. im guessing you don't like your natural hair color but a chocolate brown is sexy, natural looking and will look gorgeous on your skin. here is a sample of what im talking about,

if you noticed the model has the same skin tone and eye color as you do, the hair color will compliment you.
i also noticed your hair is a little bit on the dry side, well patene pro-v has a great line of moisturizing shampoos and conditioners that i really think can help make your hair much more managable. i just sounded like a commercial ahaha but it really works. brushing it daily will also make it smoother because the oils from you scalp are distributed throughout your hair.
now for the cut. with a small body frame you can get away with big hair. for you, sidebangs and tons of long layers would be ideal and very flattering. long hair is perfect for you. but the important thing to remember is layers, without layers your hir will lack volume and it will just fall flat, and you have a longer face so flat hair will make you appear droopy and tired. the best look for you is layered and loosely curled. this is an example of hair for you,

nowww for make up tips. this is getting long haha so i\'ll make this simple. you don\'t look like you wear much make up so the natural look is porbably bst for you. here are the basics
-liquid consealer goes on your t-zone and under your eyes. your t-zone is from the tip of your nose to your forhead and down the sides of your nose onto about an inch of your cheeks. always rub it in
-with eyes like your mascara is your friend, use lots of it.
-nuetral colors are best for eye shadows, go for a copper color or matalic brown. don\'t pick colors that are dull you need the shine to brighten up your eyes.
-shimmer should be apllies on the corners of your eyes to make you appear to be more awake and well reasted, here is an example

-bronzer is your friend, use it.
-shimmer just on the cheekbones is key
-if you are going to wear alot of eye make up don\'t put on a bold color of lipstick and if you must wear a bold coloor lipstick like red don\'t wear alot fo eye make up, it\'s one or the other.
-self tanner isn\'t alays a bad thing. get jergens face cream and let it give you a natural glow
-blush can go a long way, but only put darker blush under the cheekbone and the shimmer on the cheekbone.
-for eye shadow a darker color goes on the creas eof your eyelid while the lighter color goes on the lid itself
-again, bronzer is your friend.

and for clothing i just have to say one thing, you have a great body show it off! white and pink are your colors in my opinion. pink espcially will look great on your skin and hair color even if you aren\'t a big fan it flaters you. wear light colors, it\'s summer! no more black itdulls you down. i would suggest tops like these...

My old friends are so incredibly lame. I used to go to a private school, but then my mom switched me to public school, to get ready for highschool, [since i'm going to a public highschool this year.] anyways, i guess i was considered popular, even though i never really noticed. but then like the last day i was there, they were all like.. "now whos going to be the leader and the most popular in our group?" and so ya anyways, then when i switched my one old friend, who i guess got that stupid little lame title, these girls who were just followers who I THOUGHT were actually my friends, but they were really just using me, now were all sucking up to my old best friend. well, shes been hanging out with them alot, so all these other girls are like sucking up to them too, because yeah you get why. so, this one girl, who was like average in school, thinks shes soo popular now, and how shes soo great. and like in highschool next year, if she even comes near me im going to explode. i hate her like so much, shes so fake. what should i do?

back in like, May, i was playing around with my brother and somehow we got into some fight and he like punched me and hit my hand and it went numb and hurt really bad, so i iced it and that was pretty much it, i never iced it again. it hurt to bend like at my knuckle for a while but then went away. however, now, in july, sometimes it still hurts whenever i like lean on my hand or bend my finger in some weird way (in the knuckle). i don't know what happened, it never swelled up or anything. i was thinking it got jammed but would it still hurt like over a month later? if anyone had anything similar happen to them it would help a lot. i know none of you are doctors obviously so if you think i should see one just tell me ok thankss :)
the obvious answer would be to say you broke your finger when this occured. this isn't serious people break fingers/toes often but if it isn't treated the bones are likely to grow funny which is resulting in the pain you have now.
i understand your doubt since it didn't sweel but mine didnt swell either, here is my story:
in gym class i tried to catch a ball and my finger was bent the wrong way, it went numb and hurt so bad so i went to the nurse she sent me to the doctor. it wasn't a situation where i would think i broke mybone since all i di was bend it wrong and it stopped hurting by the time i got to the docs. i was laughing and smiling and it hurt a little when i bent it but nothing big. like you, i just figured i jammed it. well the x-ray came back and i had SHATTERED the growth plate in my finger and if i hadn't gotten a cast it was likey my growth plate would mend back together deformed and promblems would erupt. now i don't think you shattered your growth plate but a simple break isn't out of the realm of possibility.
but it healed like all wounds do. and although your bone grew back differantly there is not much to do now unless it is truly painful im sure there is some sort of corrective surgery. you'll be fine though, it's just something you'll have to live through.

one yawns if one is not breathing in enough air, thus when you are tired your diaphram doesn't abosrod enough air making you yawn. the problem here is when you sign you are not breathing properly.
now that the question is answered here is how to fix it:
breathing in through your nose while hitting ling notes is important, and learning how to let out small breathes for each note is something that takes much practice to make a habit. singing lessons are mostly lessons of how to breathe properly while singing more than learning how to hit a note, so lessons would be very helpful. good luck and have fun =]

is keller's math SAT game plan book any good?
keller's math SAT game plan book is a great study tool for the SAT!!! I generally struggle in math but this book helped me prepare thouroughly and being prepared is what got me through it. 5 out of 6 people found this book helpful and i'd be one of them. the only thing is it isn't a magic book, you really have to study it. Also i did not just study for math with this book, i didn't want to take any chances.
to really prepare for the SAT this book along with other materials will get you the score you want. i did find this book to be a helpful resource.

So first let me give you some background information on my situation. In late November I started hanging out with this boy lets call him Steve. So Steve and I hit it off great, I mean he acted like he liked me so much. Everyday he would text me while I was at school ( I'm 16, he's 19) & then he'd call me right after he got off work and then he'd come pick me up and we'd hangout. Well this went on for awhile and then one day he asked me if i wanted to have sex..i said "no!" i wasnt offended i just wasnt ready for this..well about 3 weeks into our relationship i knew i wanted to have sex & so we did. we did twice and then over christmas i went on vacation. we barely talked the whole time i was gone and when i got back we hung out twice, haviing sex for the 3rd time. Well then one weekend I called him and he didn't answer..never called me back or anything. I didn't hear from him for 3 months.. During the time we'd hung out I liked him but I wasn't as crazy about him as I'd become until after he'd blown me off.. Well after 3 months I ran into him again.. and we started hanging out 3 weeks ago. He doesn't act as in to me, but we still hangout alot because we now have mutal friends. I'm so scared he's going to hurt me again.. I'm crazy about him. How do I get him to fall for me..?
p.s. his brother commited suicide a few years ago, so he has some hang ups about getting attached.. but i need him HELP!

This situation is quite cliche in the fact that you were really into him once he started to blow you off, apparently you're attracted to jerks. I knwo it is tmpting, every girl goes crazy over the guy that doesn't care, but it is a nasty habit. You need to get over him, and it may take some time you may have to avoid talking to him more than you have to but it is the only thing that is good for you at this point.
you were into this guy and you gave him your body, he used it a couple times then left. He didn't bother to explain anything to you and now acts like he doesn't like you, he is wrong 100% He is older than you, and he views sex and relationships differantly. ive always been really skinny, and sometimes underweight. but just the other night ym paretns told me to stop eating so much, i eat a lot! and my parents say its guna catch up to me and ill be fat. after recovering from my eating disorder it was like discovering food for the first time and let me tell you, i ate everything. the way to eat as much as you please and still stay fir is sticking to fruits and veggies. i know it sounds so cliche but i would eat until i was rolling over full, yummy grapes and apples and bananas [pineapple is my lifesaver!] soon you'll crave a pear more than anything so it not only cures your hunger but sets you up for a healthy lifestyle. the only problem is you still have to eat 3 normal meals a day otherwise you're undereating again. good luck!

my parents also did not approve of my having of this site, so i stopped for a while. when i told my mom i started it up again she said she was umcomfortable with just my general access to talk to strangers. i assured her there is no conversation or personal information posted so she allows me to have this site. unfortunately she refuses to let my dad knwo for the same reason she didn't want me to have one.
there is nothing i can really suggest you do considering stubborn parents will stick with their ways even if they are aware they are overreacting.
the site is fine, and an excellent source for advice. i do not think the problem is this website but stubborn adults who simply don't understand the site and refuse to take the time to learn about it.
