Hello, I am seventeen years old.And I am currently a Senior at my high school.
I like giving advice.
One day, I want to make a living out of it.
There's really nothing in the world that I like more than:
Music [New Wave, Electronic, Alternative, HipHop]
Photography [I take many pictures]
Friendships [They're really important me]
& Helping out people [I am always helping out]
There's really not a lot to me.
Other than I like to help out people.
Sometimes, I think that I should take my own advice.
But I rarely do =/

my friend (girl) has a problem with guys.When she was younger (around 9years old or may be younger),a relative used to masturbate in front of her and to abuse her sexually.He used to open the toilet door when she is using the toilet, and things like that.She didn't tell me she was raped but she told me this terrifies her.Now she doesn't trust any guy and she's afraid when she is left alone with a guy.How can i help her to get over this problem and go on with her life?I really want to help her but don't know how!!!
Okay, well first of all I would advice you to ask your friend if she wants any help. Because believe it or not there are people that don't want any help. And if given help, they turn their back on you. Second, you should talk to her and ask her what causes her not to like being around guys and how she feels. I recommend that your friend goes to see a psychologist. They can help her cope with what she's been through and they could advice what to do and they can help her get over the fear of being around guys.

how do i stay FIT?
im pretty skinny
but i want to know how to stay fit and not gain any weight or lose.
so how do i do that.
Just watch what you eat and do regular exercise. Since you're already skinny, walking will be good. You know, nothing big. Unless you want to gain muscle, then you should lift and stuff.

I Have a problem
Im 13 years old and im 5'5 --5'6 and i weigh 120 pounds which is 55 kilos not fat at all
skinny or normal right?
but you see i used to be overweight and i worked REALLY hard to get to 120 and i wanna lose a LITTLE bit more
But my problem is is that if i ever want to eat something like a chocalate bar or chips or something i ALWAYS feel guilty, and im not joking i ALWAYS feel guilty, but i dont usually eat these stuff, i only eat them 1ce a week, i work out EVERYDAY on my treadmille
i fast walk for 50-60 minutes and i lose around 300 calories a day in my workout and i know that i burn way more because ijus worked out, but whatever i put in my mouth not only chocalate or junk food its basically alot of things seriosuly you have no idea how paranoid i can get, my whole family tells me that its bad and i can turn anorexic,, please help? :).
I think that you shouldn't really worry about it. Just try to avoid the food that you know will make you gain weight. (Sweets and fats) And you're still pretty young, you can still lose some weight as you get older and taller. If you want to continue losing weight keep doing what you do. But just know that you get to a certain point where losing weight is harder. Just listen to your family, because you can become anorexic is you may too much attention to what you eat.

Are there any websites that show celebrities that are Christian? I know there are a lot of Christian celebrities that we're not aware of, but I was wondering if there was just a website that listed them.
I'm not talking about strictly Christian stars either (like actors or actresses that ONLY star in Christian films and such) or strictly Christian pop-stars (like artists that ONLY do Christian music). I am looking for a list with people like Miley Cyrus, the Jonas Brothers, Britney Spears, and whoever else is celebrity and Christian. Basically, my goal is to find the popular celebrities that are Christian. Any denomination is fine as long as the celebrity is actually Christian.
Multiple websites would be helpful too if there isn't a website that actually lists all of the Christian celebrities. I am simply doing a project where I will be listing famous people who are Christian to inspire other people to become interested in God.

Ok, so it's my senior year, and I need to take all of the classes that I'm signed up for in order to graduate with honors, but there's a pretty big chance that there won't be room in some of them. So regardless of the fact that it's my senior year, I'm going to transfer schools if I don't get into some of my classes, and I was wondering what I have to do exactly in order to transfer? Cause my mom won't know, and I don't want to ask the school before I even know if I'm going to.

Well, it actually varies with different districts. But in my district, you have to go to the school you are transfering to, ask them what they need of you so you can transfer. They're going to ask for a transcript. And I'm guessing since you're a senior, they'll let you transfer, IF YOU CAN DRIVE. You will have to go to you couselor ask them for your transcript and tell them you want to transfer to so and so school. Then she would talk to the counselors at the other school. And then if you "qualify" they send your case to the district. And if the districts approve you'll be able to transfer. But like I said, it's different for some school districts.

the first one is about this girl (played by kristen stewart) that gets raped in a jeep during a party,and months later the guy goes to her school and like she has never told anyone about the rape and they act like nothing happened? and later he gets caught and the movie ends by her telling her mom the story.
and the second one is where this guy and girl in high school that start dating..and the first time they met was like at a bonfire or something? and then he starts to physcially abuse her. she decides to break up with him and he kills her and hides her body in a lake after.

okay so my boyfriend is in trg (tiny rascal gang) and I don't really care. I mean he's everything I'm looking for in a guy. but do you think it's bad I'm dating a guy in a gang?what should I do?
I guess it would have to depend how much your boyfriend is into the whole gang thing. Me, being hispanic, I know some people in gangs and I know girls who have boyfriends who are in gangs. Many of them don't worry about it. But there are a select few that are worried. They are worried that if something were to happen with their boyfriends and another gang, they would go up to them instead of the boyfriends. But like I said, I guess it just depends how much your boyfriend is into the whole "gang world"

hey,
i just started my juniorr year, this is my second week in. i feel like i failed myself in the past two years of highschool. i didn't do my best in school, and i lazed off alot and got too stressed over simple/boring work and i had one really bad teacher. i think my gpa is like a 2.6, yeah, its that bad and im a honors student. freshmen year i got a D and C and the rest Bs i think, that year was my worst, i never made grades that low before, and i was glad i made them because i barely passed the class, like in geometry my end of course test saved me [worst teacher ever], and in freshmen literature i never got papers signed in time so that brought my grade down even if i made all As on assignments. okay now in sophmore year, i got all As the first semester and all Bs the second. The Bs arent helping my bad freshmen grades. senior year im thinking about taking AP courses. right now im not the slacker i use to be, i actually learned alot on how to be successful in school sophmore year, [a little too late] now i do my homework, take notes and pay attention haha and i know that is what makes me pass. im planning on all As from here on out. and i havent done any clubs or sports at all. so what do you think are my chances of getting into a really good university, i know im really smart, and i dont want my future to turn out bad. what can i do now? to make up for my dumb choices in the past. im going to go to my counselor to try to get into some clubs, i know i probably cant do sports because the coach will most likely prefer freshmen over a never played before junior [ i use to play soccer in the past, but i tryed out last year and didnt make it] and i also considered the swim team because im a fast swimmer but i dont know the strokes or own a pool anymore. im going to try to do some community service this year. and im planning on spending my next summer studying for the SATs to get a really high score, i heard they look at that over grades. ill take my SATs at least 3 times. oh and maybe i can make cross country or track, im good at running, haha. help please. do you think i have a chance? i feel like i cant do it, also if you have any suggestions, i really would like them. im 16 turning 17 in two monthes. oh and, this semester im taking all acedemics, and i decided to only do honors in pre-calculus because im good in math. and im taking regular chemisty, world literature and french 4. also any advice on staying stress-free? haha, any advice on my situation, i feel like ive already failed.
if i dont do collage, i will go into the marines,then maybe community college, i think thats my back up plan.
I'm in your exact situation. Didn't get the best of grades & I haven't done any clubs or sports.
But it's never too late to start doing so. It's your junior year, right? This is one of the things that colleges will look at, your junior year. I can only recommend to take soccer and swimming. I doubt the coach will be looking at who's been playing the longest. They should be looking at who's good. You should definately join clubs. Colleges and universities would look at what you do in school and if you participate in anything.
And as for stress. Just take on subject at a time. That's the best thing to do. If you have trouble in a subject, ASK FOR HELP imediately. Trust me, it will pay off. Study for your test no matter how much you think you don't have to.

Can anyone explain how much pain it is? Or tell me a place that would be less painful?
I don't think that it would be painful. I mean, it'll hurt a little bit because it's a tattoo. But's it rather small and not a lot of ink is needed. So, the pain won't be that great. The only places where it will hurt the less are the places that aren't right on your bone. Ex: Calves; inner arms; I'm pretty sure it won't hurt as bad on your back either.

Okay, I was watching LOGO a long time ago. And I remember watching a movie on there. I'll try to describe as much as I remember.
There were these two friends. One was a girl and the other was a guy. The girl was blonde and the guy was a really pale guy and he always wore black. The guy was gay. I remember there was a part where they were sleeping in the park. And the guy was in the bathroom. And earlier that day, they saw a bus filled with football players. So anyways, he was in the bathroom & one of the football players walk in the bathroom. And I think they have sex. And I remember in the end they decide to move on. Ok, sooo I babysit two little girls and they are 8 and 9 years old. I'm 14 and they always ask me to bring something fun for them to do. And I don't have things they would like anymore considering I'm 14 !!! Then I always ask them what the wanna do, and they say idk, or ugh I'm sooo bored!!!!

Well, I have a 8 year old sister. And she always likes to color. She also likes to dance to her favorite songs. So you could do that. You can bring their favorite movies, play their favorite game, have a little scavenger hunt, or maybe you can have arts & crafts time.

Well, I think that it's best that you find a new friend. There is a high chance that she's avoiding you. I'm pretty sure that you could find another friend. But if you really want her friendship, maybe go over to her house and talk to her about it. Tell her how you feel. Maybe she doesn't want to be best friends anymore. If so, ask if you guy can still be friends.

How do you get an emo boy to like you if your only half emo and half prepy?
I really don't think it matters if you're emo or preppy. If you like him, you should try talking to you. First try talking about things you have in common. Music is always a good place to start. You guys can become friends. And then when you're comfortable tell him how you feel about him and that you like him.

This guy I know is really cute and i know he thinks I am too, but he won't initiatate conversation at all, except maybe hi or to ask what was the homework was. I have tried to talk to him but everytime I get near him I act like a total wuss. AND he is always near his friends and they don't like me. Tell him how you feel about him. You should tell him that you want to go out with him. And that it frustrates you that he's trying to avoid it. Since he hangs up on the phone, maybe tell him in a note. I'm pretty sure he'll read it then.
