okay im trying to lose weight this summer. i already know how im going to exercise but what are some good foods that i can make and are easy which are healthy?

try salads and fruit salad and alot of salad. like in stead of ordering something thats bad for you when you go out to dinner, order a salad and a diet soda or water instead of regular.

My friend is such a liar and sooooooo bossy!!I want peace so I try to talk to her about it.But everytime I try to,she acts so sweet that I can't!She tries to hurt me by trying to take people away from me and lying to me that everyone like her better.She does all sort of mean stuff and when I do something that really isn't meant to be mean,she gets all upset and says lots of mean stuff!!She is just so insensitive about things that she should be sensitive about and very sensitive about things that she shouldn't be sensitive about!!What should I do?And is she really a friend? well if this is how a friend is treating you then she isnt a real frined. why do you want a friend like this? i would talk to her no matter how sweet she is when you try. you need to put a stop to her craziness.she obviously has a low self-esteem if all she can do is be mean to others. and if she says people like her better, she is saying that because it makes er feel good. its like she has to remind herself that shes good in oreder to feel good about herself. beleive me, i have experience with this. dont be mean to her when you tell her just be straight foward. and let her know this is bothering you. you should get this off youe chest.

I hate myself. I look at myself in the mirror and just want to fricken cut myself, but I won't cut, thats just how I feel. I hate how I look. People are like your perfect weight, but I feel like I won't ever be pretty unless I have a completely flat stomach and muscular theighs. I just can't seam to accept myself. I've been told I'm pretty and stuff. It's just I see all these other girls with perfect hair and skin and I feel ugly! Then, I see these girls w/ all these hot guys, and it makes me feel like I'll never have that. I'm really sad. I don't really have anyone to talk to about it. I don't wanna talk to my parents. I only have one friend who I would talk to but he just tells me to go see a therapist or get antidepressants. I just can't seam to feel happy. So my question is, has any girls or guys gone through this and tell me tips on how to feel better. thanks..

yeahh. in my opinion every girl goes through this. you just see how they look and think thats perfect what you need to learn what to do is see yourself as different and its good that your different you want to stand out not look exactly like everyone else. Yeahh i hate when i see girls with hott guys and im liek Damn ill never have that. yeahh it sucks. but just try to build up your self esteem. im sure your friends arent lieing to you when they say your pretty. i hope i helped

Ok well I have wavy and puffy hair. I just got cut it in layers, it looks good...but I want it kinda like straight yet wavy. What I mean is that I want my hair the same but not puffy. I have tried different things and it's the same. Suggestions? (link)

what i would suggest. is just not straightening it good. you know like do a crappy job of straightening it. cause basically. thats what i do and i still have like bounce...or w/e but its not like BLAH FRIZZ you know?

Hi does anyone know how to do a backflip??? You know like backflip? I am not athletic at all and I can't even do a cartwheel but I really want to learn all that
1. cartwheel
2. backflip
3. frontflip
4. running to a wall and doing a backflip
5. roundoff(whatever that is)
so anyone know how to do it? very precisely because I am not really good at understanding stuff

ok, jill and i(amanda) do gymnastics. seriously, its very dangerous to do a backflip of any kind of tumbling without help. especially if you dont know what it is that your doing. if you want to learn to tumble take classes or try gymnastics. it will rock your socks.

okay so i have this shirt and i am having ppl sign it for the end of the year well my ex b/f keeps wanting to sign it so i finally let him and he said "ass" so i changed it to "ask" well after my last period at school he was waiting outside my door for me and he asked me how i liked what he wrote i said i liked it but i changed it to "ask" then he was like well let me wright something nice on it so i let him it said "fuck u" and he was laughing well then i changed it to "have fun u" and now he wants to change it again he is even trying to get inside my pockets to get the marker is this a sign that he likes me still (he was the one that dumped me) (link)

My bff is evil. I've known her since 2nd grade when she was nice, then in 5th grade she turned evil. Nobody likes her. She's mean to everybody including me for no reason. I try to help her out and I never get anything positive out of her. Everybody since 5th grade (even my parents) has been telling me to ditch her, but would it be too late? My dog named Mocha, died of a heart attack, and my hamster Milkshake died, she was laying on her back, and I thought she was sleeping and I tapped the glass, and she was dead, and then my hamster Buddy, my uncle lost and its been since Thanksgiving from 2005, that he's been gone... I miss them all alot. My grandma won't let me get anymore pets, any suggestions in trying to get another pet? (link)

hmm....well i cant give you any suggetions sorry. if your grandma says no more pets there is probably a reason.but, if you really wanta pet go to the humain society or like a pound and tell your grandma that you would be doing a good deed by buying a dog from there.

well you should probably tell them that you feel left out. there is really nothing you can do to stop them from hanging out, but mabye if you tell them they will realize that they should try to include you more.

I'm taking my dog to get put down on Friday. She has cancer and is really sick. I've had her for 10 years and it's going to be really devastating. I don't know how I'm going to handle it. Has anyone else had a pet put down, how did you get over it? What's it going to feel like, no one close to me has ever died before! (link)

aw i know how you feel, i had a dog die at a young age. i was 9 and my dog got hit by a truck and died right there. still to this day i cry when i think of her. there really is no way to "get over it". you just have to think about all the good times youve had and think about when she wasnt sick how fun she was. just never forget her and always keep her with you.

okay, I'm at this school right now and I only have a few friends here. I went to this school instead of the regular neighborhood high school where all my friends went because of some of the classes offered. But now I really kind of want to go back to the other school. I have great friends at the school I'm at, but at the other school I know like a TON of people so I might want to go there...I have like a week to decide. What should I do?
