Q: Tonight is familynight and I've known about it for about 3 days. I also got invited to go somewhere else with some of my friends. But the thing is that the place that I might go with my friends A LOT of people are going to. So it will give me a chance to mix and mingle with a lot of people and have fun. The place with my friends seem so much more fun that family night. But I don't know if I should just ditch my family for my friends? Can anyone help? What would you do? Q: Okay well I'm 13 and I'm in the 7th grade and I'm worried about my friend. Okay shes pretty much drop-dead gorgeous and could get any guy she wants. Well I mean she's not like a slut or anything (Okay she kissed her ex boyfriend(corey) 4 times he was her first kiss ... and then shes made out with her current boyfriend once. ).

Anyways she has had family problems. She has two little sisters and they get favored and her mom pretty much yells at her 24/7 and ignores her all the time.

Then recently, about 2 weeks ago, she went to her neighbors house(AJ) and Corey was there. Well Corey grabbed her and she was sitting on him ..., hes like really muscular so she couldn't get away, anyways Corey started rubbing her body and then AJ's like on top of her and hes unhooking her bra. She finally got away and ran into the bathroom and Corey comes in and he was all like awwl hilary i'm sorry for being a jerk i'll help you. So Hilary believed him and he ended up unhooking it again. This kept on happening she was there for about 2 hours.

So shes pretty tramatized from that and her mom. Well to make things worse her mom was yelling at her Tuesday night and she wasn't really paying attention because she hates being yelled at. Her dad then asked her if she was paying attention and she was like it's kinda hard not to dad when shes screaming at me. Then her dad comes over and punches her jaw(and her neck cracked).

Now Hilary is one of my bffae and I don't know what to say to her to help her or anything. Please help me on what I can do for this situation to help her out.

Ohh and we were going to call child abuse people if her dad hit her again.

Q: i think i might be having some boyfriend problems. a few days ago i was like 1% considering that i should break up with this guy i've been going out with. then the next morning it was completely out of the question. i couldnt tell my friends my problem because i knew the moment they heard this, it would be all around the school. the thing is, he's really cute, smart, well-known, and sweet to me. the first time i talked to him on the phone, he seemed like he was myself in another sex! we just had soo much in common, like a lot of the little things. we also had a few things that made us different. i like heights, scary movies, and partying with my friends. he on the other hand, wouldn't dance even if he was paid, likes his feet on the ground, and perfers comdedies. i mean, i shouldnt judge him by those stupid things though right?

well anyway, we've been going out for 6 months which is pretty rare for 13 year olds. when i really thought about it, i knew i would regret breaking up with him in the end. i like the idea that he's loyal, honest, and walks me to my class whenever he sees me. now whenever he calls, we run out of things to talk about in less than 10 minutes. when my other guy friends call, im usually the one babbling on about the most random things. sometimes i even feel like i should make up an excuse to get off the phone with him. do i just have nothing to say because i really like my boyfriend and dont want to embarrass myself by saying something stupid?

its weird, but part of me wants to leave my options open. but then again, my boyfriend was the best one i've ever had in my life.

i planned a party for next week and he's invited. i think that will help us reconnect a little more because i've had parties like this before and they've always resulted with me watching him leave with butterflies in my stomach. he also invited me to come mini golfing with him this friday. but my god, do i suck at mini golf or what. what can i do to make our "date" not boring without making him feel awkward?

i hope you guys can answer my questions (the last sentence of each paragraph haha). please, im wishing i can get some good answers before friday...

Q: alright well i just got an ipod but i dont like it. it doesnt work with my computer at all like it will come up and then go away in like a second. so yesterday i went to return it but i lost the receit and they said if i return it i can get 10% off and then a gift card for the store. but that place is so expencive that there is nothing cheaper there. so i still have the stupid thing and idk what to do. i really want my money back. but i dont see why they cant return it still because they have everything on file from whenever i bought it. it doesnt make since. like every other store if you dont have a receit just takes like 10% off and gives you your money back. but i really really need that money because i want to get my nose pierced with it and now im broke and that was like a waste of $160.. is there any way to get my money back or fix it or anything. please help. ill rate high!
