advice
I've been shaving my arm pits for a while now and whenever I do I can't get them all the way shaved. I don't know why but when i get out of the shower there are still little prickles of hair there and it doesn't look like they are there in the shower. Does anyone recommend any good razors or just any tips on how to get them completly shaved?

You could always try the hair removal creams, they work great. i usually use a razor first and then use veet/immac hair removal cream, it does the trick and it lasts a little longer than a regular shave.
ok so as most of you know i was rapped by my bfs friend and i told my bf after some hesitation...and he totally understood..he understood by breaking the guy (we'll call him "j") Js arm. and Js dad is a lawyer so you could tell his dad was pissed! and my bf might have to go to juvey 4 six months!!UGH and thats not even the worst part J keeps calling me and horrasing me..i cant tell my parents cuz they have enough on their platee already.. (divorce, cancer,new baby coming..) and so i cant tell them...and i am feeling really lousy..and im scared to go get a pregnancy test..what should i do!!!!????

As for the pregnancy test kit, don't be scared about it, theres so many ways of getting one and private ways to go about it. Here in the UK theres a brooke centre where you can go in and get the test kit and other advice on situations like this without your parents having to know.. in the states i beleive its 'Planned parenthood'? so google that to find the nearest one in your area/neighbourhood. Its all done confidentially so theres no need to worry about being judged or embarrassed.

If J's dad is a lawyer i would of expected him to be pretty pissed at his own son's behaviour. Infact if that was me, i wouldn't send your boyfriend to juvey at all, i would just disown my son for doing such a sick thing. i hope everything goes okay with you and your boyfriend, stick by him for support, he seems like a genuinly nice, loving supportive guy. I really hope he doesn't get sent to Juvey

He won't really be bothered by the fact that your present arrived late. Just explain its a bit delayed but you didn't forget.
As for other things you can do for him theres so many options:
-Take him out for something to eat (doesnt have to be to flashy or expensive)
-Take him ice-skating, bowling, to the movies just spend a fun day together.
-Record something for him, like a tape with his favourite songs or a voice recording for him from you saying how much you love him etc.
-Arrange a small party for him with a few close friends and just chill.

I think you should just arrange to hang out with him a bit, get to know each other, just as friends and see how things progress. He may soon realise how much you care about him and that you're not like other girls. Give him time, a broken heart takes time to heal but a good friend can help in the process (thats you). Talk to him about his problems and joke with him. As things progress slip in some flirty comments like 'your hair looks sexy today' just something to show your interest but DON'T rush into it to soon. Let him know how much you care about him and take it from there.

I was online the other day at like 3 am and my ex had IMed me. i brok eup with him about 2years ago. It was kinda the parents fault because of my grades and they told me i couldnt see him anymore. So online he was like hey slut: im like shut up and leave me alone. like half way thru him talking to me he told me if he ever snapped he would kill me. He said when i broke up with him i made him suffer and i causeed him to have no respect for girls anymore. Im like why do you say stuff like that and he said he can. He has a girlfriend right now that he has been with for over a year they live together. He had no trust in me what so ever. We wouldnt of lasted. My question is what do i do about him saying he would kill me? I dont have any prove because the message got deleted. I told my mom.

Hun don't worry too much about this its just silly threats, if he isn't mature enough to just get along with you just as mates then he really isn't worth your time or worry.
I've been threatened like this before, but by bullies saying they were going to brick my window but they didn't have the guts and ended up gettin a slap from me so yeh.. basically hes a coward and isn't over you yet.

Hun theres no way for us to tell you EXACTLY when your periods going to come but from what you've been saying it sounds like it may come soon.
When you hit puberty, your period could come at ANY time sometimes without warning.
I started my period when i was 9 and had no pre-symptoms whatsoever but seeing as you've said your getting cramps and are getting a little mean it sounds like its just around the corner!
Ask your mum, sister, nan or a aunty from your mothers side of the family how old they were when they got their first period because sometimes its hereditory.
Puberty can begin anywhere around the age of 8 and end at the age of 21. Periods vary from girl to girl but usually between the ages of 9 and 16.
Just before you start your period you may notice that:
your boobs are getting sore or getting bigger,
you have discharge,
you're getting cramps, headaches, dizzy,
getting more pubic hair,
feeling moody and irritable,
tired, worn down,
cravings for food sometimes unusual foods
feeling bloated

You was raped and didn't tell your parents? Hun you really should tell them the sooner the better! Your parents shouldn't think you're lying, the will most probably stick by you and get you checked over by the doctor/gyn.
If they don't believe you then its most likely because you left it so long before telling them.
As for your boyfriend, he should really know about this. If he backs up his friend then he really isn't worth your time and you can do better.
I suggest telling your parents before getting a pregnancy test just so you've got a bit of support when you get the results, its a tough thing to deal with and i hope everything goes well!

I am short for my age. I'm 14 and 4'11". I try to look at the positives but it's hard sometimes. Do guys like shorter girls? I feel like they won't... I will only grow about 1 or 2 inches more... What can I do??
If a guy is really into you your height won't matter to him. Any guy that is put off by your height isn't a real man at all. Just one of the judgemental losers. Height REALLY doesn't matter at all. A friend of mine is a dwarf (born with dwarfism), so she is MUCH shorter than you, kind of like a infant school child (5 or 6 years old) and shes never had any problems with the guys.
As for what you can do.. There isn't really much you can do about it but some jeans make your legs look longer and some hairstyles add height to you so experiment hun! And not forgetting theres heels!
Try finding something about yourself you like, whether its your eyes or hair! Flaunt it hun!
Being short has it advantages hun! Don't sweat it enjoy your height its what makes you you!

okay im 15 years old and i got my period about 3 months ago when i was still 14. and i know i really got it cause it was a full like 7 days, but i havent gotten it since. i think its kinda irregular considering the females in my family got theirs at 12/13 and im not tiny either. im tall and i have pretty big boobs. so i dont know. but i do get the whole regular discharge thing. but i dont know why im not getting my period again
Relax its fine, its just irregular. Its not always herdeitary to get your period at the same age as other female members of your family so don't worry about that either.
Periods can take a whole two years to settle into a regular pattern.
My friend started her period when she was 11 and didn't get it again until she was 13 its nothing unusual i promise, everyones different
If your still worried about this then see your family doctor but i would say leave it a little longer to see if your cycle regualtes. perhaps a few more months.

Hey, Don't worry yourself about it too much, just relax and go with the flow. Just follow your boyfriends lead, watch which way he puts his head and go the other way!
You can still have Gum whilst making out no problems just make sure you keep it to one side. Perhaps havin gum could be a good thing? like games you know? Or just take the gum out before you make out.

Yes this seems like a jealous ex. Next time she causes a argument just explain to her that just because their relationship didnt work out, yours is just beginning and she needs to back off and stop bothering you. If you like this guy stick with him, take no notice of this girl and if your boyfriend and his ex really are just friends try asking him to talk to her and tell her how its affecting you.
With time she will see sense and realise that he is with YOU now and she has to get over her little jealousy strops.
