They probably aren't. All surfer guyz aren't the same. Some may act like tht but others may be sweet and kind and like you for you. Lets hope you picked that one. Just try it just be you are colored you are probably a really sweet gal inside. It doan matter if you are colored if he doesnt like you because of that reason then he is an a** and he isnt the right guy for you anyways!

i have just encountered this problem all u can do is just let it sit and it will do its own thing, or u can also flick th hold buttin back and fourth three times and then hit the center button.

so what if he likes you! You should be flatered. Do you like him?!?! If you do then you should be very excited. He might have just said he was going to ask your friend out to cover up his feelings for you if he has feelings for you. Just go with it, if he asks you out do what you feel is right and follow your heart.

I've talked to this guy on myspace [I knew him from middle school] so he's not a stranger to me. We talked for many weeks. We met up about 3-4 times and we are going out now.
But I feel so stupid because I'm so shy and I can't look at him
We are surrounded around our friends and we haven't been alone.. I can only glance at his face. If i really stare at him, i get so shy.. my eyes water [for some reason? sensitive eyes?] and i blush like mad. I'm awful at eye contact. i keep telling myself to look into his eyes but i end up looking away.
I'm also tensed and nervous. I don't know how to feel comfortable around him. We haven't been dating long. Maybe a week? How can I be more open? Not so shy around him?
I can hug him but it's so awkward standing next to him. Maybe it's because he's watching my every move. It sort of scares me.

I think that you should keep trying to look at him. Maybe you should tell him that you are shy and tell him why you don't look at him. If you don't tell him why you don't look at him then he might think that you don't like him or something like that so I think you should definately tell him at least why you don't look at him. If you really like him and want to continue dating him then you should tell him and he will understand. It will make your relationship stronger and he will like that you are honest with him. Maybe he even feels the same way as you do. You should be very honest with him and you should feel comfortable with your boyfriend and he should feel comfortable with you. You shouldn't feel scared that he might be watching your evry move becauseheprobably isn't and you might just think that because you haven't really looked at him.

well one of my parents are a little technically challenged so they leave traces on the computer that are very easy to find. I was looking back in my history to find a page i visited yesterday and i found yahoo profiles of people in my state. Idk if they meet these people but i do know they talked to them. I installed a keylogger and saw a few convos that suspected it. Plus a webcam i've never seen which i can guess is used for. Should i bring it up or let it be?? Advice, thanks (link)

This is totally up to you. You have to think about the consequences you might receive if your other parent finds out. On the up-side they might thank you for making them realize that what they were doing was wrong. You also might lead them to realize hey are not right for eachother so they might divorce which is for the best if this is what is happening. You are doing te right thinkg for the other one. If I were you and I were definately sure they are cheating then I would tell if I was definately sure!!

Im a 14 year old girl and im 147lbs and about 5'0 nd im trying to lose around 20lbs before febuary 20th because im going to florida and i want to look decent in a bathing suit so i dont feel self-concious.any suggestions on how i can do it? right now im running on my tredmill a mile a day and trying to watch what i eat but i dont see any results.any ideas? On your tredmill you probably run with like a sports bra and some shorts...thats not the right thingt to wear if you wanna lose wight because youa re not persperating enough next time you run wear sweats and a sweat shirtthen you will sweat ALOT and lose at least 1 1/2 pounds a day!!

Well there's this guy, one of my best friends and well I really like him alot. He doesn't know and I'm not planning on telling him for fear of losing our friendship so I don't need help about that. The thing is, the other day he texted me the wierdest message and then logged off. I havn't been able to ralk to him since so I don't know what it meant and I couldn't ask. The text he sent me was: 'I less than heart you'
Like what the heck does that mean? I asked a friend but she didn't know.
To clarify what I'm asking, I want to know what the message means and why he would send it to me if it's not something stupid.

"Less than heart you" mean that he doesn't love you but he doesnt hate you because heart is love and he less than hearts you.

I'm fourteen years old, but I'm small and I have a very young looking face. When people guess my age they think I'm twelve. I have brown hair, blue eyes, and very pale skin. If anyone had any suggestions on how to look a little bit older, they would be greatly appreciated =] I was also thinking that highlights might help, and if anyone knows about if that would help or not, I would love it. Be happy that people dont thin you look older! Try using blush to rise your cheekbones and not look as pale, some eyeshadow.

I am completely in love with my boyfriend. We have been together for 10 months but I've had a thing for him way long before we went out...and its kind of complicating but... before we went out and i liked him, he would start liking me and lead me on to think we will be in a relationship but then he would leave me in the dust for another girl..the same girl...twice.. but then they didnt work out but they still liked eachother and it came the day that he had to choose between us and he chose me. Well 10 months later theres this other girl and he talks to her alot and tells her alot about this novel he is writing and tells her how far he is in it but he doesnt tell me these things.....when i was the one who encouraged him to write it and gave him lots of ideas. I would think he would show me things first... so I'm getting really jealous and scared that he will start liking this girl and leave me in the dust like he did before...even though he said he wouldnt and he only loves me...but I don't know if I should believe him. Well, is this girl you friend? If she isnt then you need to talk to her nd tell her that he is your guy and that you are fine with them being friends but just make it knwon to her that he is yours. If she is your friend she should already know that he is taken and if she is a better friend than she would not try to take your man.

There is no heart ones that have that only because there would be no way to put the heart together if there is 3 pieces. However, you can get something else that say "Best Friends Forever" they will be like maybe a flower or an animal or something just look around Claire's has alot of cute stuff and Ltd 2 you will not find a heart for 3 friends though, so dont even try.

it's complicated.
anyway, first things first. i'm sort of... ugly. my nose is too big, it's uneven and almost witch-like. i have one of the most pointed chins i have ever seen; it almost goes past my nose when i smile. my smile is ugly too, it's not right.
i'm not looking for an answer like surgery or whatever.
it's just that my looks could seriously affect my opportunities in the future. right now, i have my circle of friends, and everyone knows me and my personality. but i leave for university next year; i'm afraid that my looks will be like a hinderance to my making friends, i'm shy until i get really close to the person before i become myself.
i dunno. i'm probably the most hideous woman i've ever seen.

You should not care about what you look like. Really I am not saying this to you because it is the best thing that i can come up with or something i am telling you his because itis true LOOKS DONT MATTER! If someone hires you because you are pretty then thats not the job for you anyway. Somone shouldn't hire you because you are pretty. Looks come from the inside...the real beauty is in your heart. You think you are ugly because nobody thinks themselves are pretty they always find somethihng wron with them. The most prettiest and popular girl in my school doesnt like her nose and everybody tells her she is beautiful. Oh and if you don't make friends because they think you are ugly then they wouldn't be good friends anyways. Nobody is perfect, everybody finds something wrong with themself! Don't worry...just live life to the fullest.

If she is acting like this to you then heck you should get dirty back. Make her know what it feels like to be treated like dirt. Then when she asks why you are being so mean tell her you were being mean to me and i wanted to let you see whta it's like. Then you tell her that she should not care what you look like or what u do it matters about whats on the heart and she should know that if she really is a good friend.

Is it weird to wear black shoes with a dark blue dress? I have these really cute black heels that I want to wear to homecoming because they make me taller (my date is over a foot taller than me) but I found this cute knee-length blue dress that I want to wear. I have clear heels with silver on it but they're not as high. Any opinions? Thanks a lot! (link)

I would go with the clear ones only because the black ones would look weird with a blue dress. So I think that the clear ones would look better than the black ones.

Hey iam 17 and a female and my stepdad was watching the news this morning and when there was something on that was telling about how a teenage boy killed one of his parents on the news and as soon as the news was over he says Iam suprised you havn't done it yet to your mom and I said why would I becouse I love my mom and then I ran out of the room crying and my mom came in to my room and told me if I didn't shut the hell up she'd slap the s out of me sorry about the language but please help me I'd really appreciate it.my mom told me that I was just overreacting and I had no right to be crying becouse my stepdad was only playing was I overreacting? It does sound like he was just joking but if it were me i would run out of the room crying too. I think that your mom was just uppset because maybe she had a tough day. Don't take it so hard and maybe you should talk to your mom about how you feel.

I am so good of thinking of ideas like this because I hate being grounded.
1) If you have a coloring book and crayons you can color.
2)Maybe if you have a sketch book you can sketch some trees or something.
3)You can play a gameboy game ,if you have gameboy.
4)If you have playstation you can play that.
5)You can think of a list of things and then write them on a piece of paper then see how many stuff you wrote you see on tv.

I have a Mac. I'm not quite sure what kind, but everything is in the monitor, including a microphone. I know that it works, I just don't know how to apply it to some programs.

OK here goes.
1)When you are chatting with a friend click talk. Tell them to accept and then a little box should appear that says "you are connected"(if your partner accepted)
2)Next take then end of it and put it in the computer in the long,skinny part with a ine going through it. It should be on the right side of your computer(if you have a laptop). However, If you don't have a lap top it is on the moniter.
