im thinking of getting the instinct by sprint. its pretty new so not many people have it.

I have the Glyde from verizon, which is a touch screen. There are sometimes when i really like it, and others when i don't. I takes a lot of getting used to, and it will get pretty frustrating. But I've had my phone for a little over a month and its getting easier. It depends on what you prefer. I however, will not be getting another touch screen phone in the future.

I have verizon. My contract expires in mid-August, and I really want my new phone to have a keyboard. I've been texting non-stop lately and i need a keyboard to help the process along haha. :)

So, my questions:
-What phones do you suggest?
-Does anyone have the Glyde/heard anything positive/negative about it?

I have the Glyde! I got it about a month or so ago and i love it. The touch screen can get annoying sometimes, but overall its a great phone. I love that it has a keyboard but is a lot smaller and more compact than the enV and voyager. I would definitely recommend it!

Okay, so I have really fair skin. I'm pretty pale, and I hate my legs. It's VERY hard for me to tan, no matter what type of sun screen I've used. I always burn. Either that or my skin barely changes at all.

I do not do tanning salons. I want a natural tan but I don't know how I would go about getting one.

Is there a certain sun screen that I could use... one that would help me naturally tan? I don't want it to be one of those artificial tans that turn me orange-yellow or all uneven-looking. I want it to be a sunscreen that helps me tan only when I'm in the sun.

Please help.

I can definitely relate. Everyone always teases me about how white I am. Lol. I dont know about a sunscreen that would help you tan but i do know about Jergens Natural Glow Moisturizers. I have heard from a ton of people how amazing it works. Its like a lotion that you apply and it will gradually tan you. I haven't been able to buy it yet, but I will. There are kinds for your body, and your face. Read up on it, you should try it (:

My best guess is that since it's in the seventeen magazine that just came out, they haven't put it on the website yet. I could keep checking back at the website to see. There's really no wrong way to grind. You just move to the music and rub against the guy with your butt. Haha. You don't really need practice with it. But try it on a friend for fun!

This question is asked a lot. Honestly, don't stress. It does come naturally. The first time I did it I had no idea if I was doing it right or what was going on but you get used to it. And heck, if you do mess up and look stupid then it gives you and your partner something to laugh about and have fun with. Have them take the lead. It's not as complicated as you might think. (:

I'm having my one year anniversary too! On May 28th. I know he's planning on taking me out to a nice dinner at my favorite restaurant, and then we are going to get promise rings for each other. My boyfriend is physicaly abbusive i know this bc He broke his moms ribs, hits her, threw a plazma tv at his 12 yr brother [hes 15] and beat up his dad so bad the cops came and was prod of it. so far he never hurt me ever. idk if he knows i know stuff like that about him but we never talk about it. My friends say hes also emotinaly abbusive. i dont think so but is he?
Whenever i tell him how i feel about somthing about 'us' when im angry. he doesnt respond. for days. even weeks. till im like okay im sorry i overreacted [evn if i wasnt] then a week l8tr he'll text me hey and pretend it never happened. he always iggnores it. i've cried over him so many times, i dont think he knows but whenever we have a prob he stops talking to me till i say sorry for even bringing it up. One time i think he knew i was crying. he didnt do anything about it. Just avoids me for awhile. normaly even when i say sry he doesnt contact me till a week l8r. his friends say he does it 2 evr1.if he doesnt want to deal with somthing he wont. so its not just me.

Wow. This is a tough one. It seems like he might have anger management problems. When he's home and has a issue, he takes it out on his family. So whenever he has a problem with you, he knows he has to stop talking about it and avoid it to make sure he doesn't hurt you. Does that make sense? I'm not sure. But I don't think he is emotionally abusive to you at all. He just needs to learn to deal with his problem and not run from it, or take it out on anyone physically. Good luck with him. If it gets to much to be with him, then leave. Never stay in a relationship if you are afraid of being abused. Always get out before it's too late.

My one year with my boyfriend is on the 28th of next month! And I'm 14. So I can definitely relate, lol. This topic has come up a lot. He told me he wanted to have sex with me on our one year, but I told him straight out that I wasn't ready. He respected that and knows now that we have to wait until we are both comfortable and ready. If you know deep down it's something you are not ready for, then don't give in just because he wants it. It's actually a turn on for guys when you have to make them work for it. Don't ever give in. Do it because your ready and you want to.

Me and this guy have been getting closer and closer over the past few weeks.
We hug a lot, and he always hangs around with me.
I just found out that he's got a girlfriend (not in our school) and I feel..torn.
Like neither of us has implied that there's something going on between us. We do flirt, but I'm not sure how I feel about him..and it seems to be the same for him.

I would just ask him what's going on. He shouldn't be kissing your lip corners and hugging you if he is in a committed relationship. Tell him upfront that you thought you had something going on but it's weird for him to be acting the way he does when he has a girlfriend.

Okay so im a freshman in high school, and over the summer i met a Junior that goes to my school. We had a thing over the summer (2007), and well into the school year. We would hang out and hook up and everything seemed great. Before him i was in very serious relationship for about a year 1/2. When i met this other guy he was about the only one who i let myself open up to. Well at homecoming everything changed and he told me he didn't want to fool around anymore and that since we wern't even dating it wasn't like we were breaking up. I got really hurt and cryed all night. After that night me and him never talked, and eventually never talked... ever and would occasionally would see each other in the hallways. Well its been that way for about 3 or 4 months. I eventually became really good friends with his best friend, and he likes me and i kinda like him, but i dont have all the feelings im looking for. He asked me to prom, and we went 2 days ago. Well my "he" was there, and we all danced and everything, i had a lot of fun and we talked a WHOLE lot. We have been texting a lot and he told me that my hair looked good, and we should go shopping, and today a bunch of our friends went to lunch including me and him, and he said that being in the car with me and everyone and how nice it was today that it reminded him of summer and how we all hung out..... I don't really know what to make of everything because i still like him... a lot, and everytime im around him im afraid to say the wrong thing and i get butterflys in my stomach. I just don't know if he likes me again, if theres even a little chance, and i don't want to get my hopes up, getting all exicted he likes me again only to find out he dosen't and i was over reacting over exictment. i just need some help. It seems to me that he's just looking for a piece of ass whenever he finds in convenient. I wouldn't fall for it. If you did the same exact thing would probably happen. If your really that into him I would talk to him and see whats on his mind. If he's in it for a fling, or looking for something more. In my opinion, I would let the whole thing go. He hurt you once, don't let him hurt you again.

I feel the exact same way. Whenever I know a guy has done stuff with other girls it makes me jealous. I'd rather have it be a first time for both of us.

I love Proactiv. It works really really well as long as you remember to do it everyday. I skipped it two days in a row and I broke out all over. So it's definitely something you have to stick to. But I got great results. It works different for everyone though, but I'd give it a try just in case. It's worth it if it works for you.

my subject lacked something that i couldn't fit in.. but like i have a guyfriend and we're pretty tight you know and we like playing games. so we usually talk via email so our we get responses every few hours (this might affect your answers).

so like we used to play word association games like
me: apple
him: orange
me: sun

etc. like the last word typed => what word comes to mind afterwards?

and then we got bored with that, so now we're playing think of a word using the last letter of the last word like
me: ipod
him: demon
me: name

and we're going to continue playing that for a while in our email threads.

but that's only two games! can someone please suggest some other fun games i could play with him via internet? we've also tried the "i say a sentence, then you say another sentence in response to it" etc. game but that only works well with like 20 people, not two cause you inadvertently include the sentences before. we also can't exactly play truth or dare / ask SUPER DUPER personal questions cause we recently got over that awkward stage in our friendship when i liked him & he didn't like me and visa versaa (timing makes all the difference..)

in addition, would you rather / truth or dare gets hard because we can't think of good questions to ask each other (anymore, at least)

in summary, i need some new ideas on what games to play with my close guyfriend without being awkward! thanks in advance

Me and my boyfriend email each other all the time and the this game where you type a sentence but only type the first word and the other has to figure out what it means. For example:

ily.
the other person would guess i love you. That one is pretty obvious though. lol.

or: ymms.
you make me smile.

Haha, it can be a lot of fun to see if the other person could guess what you were thinking of.
