how do you grind? like how do you grind in a way that guys won't think you're a bad dancer. also, how can you practice? other than against a wall.

There's really no wrong way to grind. You just move to the music and rub against the guy with your butt. Haha. You don't really need practice with it. But try it on a friend for fun!

yeah i agree with the other person. its kind of like kissing, you can't really figure out how to do it beforehand or practice, it just happens and comes to you in the moment. and yeah it does depend on the song.

push your butt out. and kinda do a wave with your body starting from your back. and move your hips along with your butt up and down. it kinda just comes with the song...next time your at a party watch a girl do it. its much easier to see then to explain.
