im thinking about getting Proactiv, but just a question...are the results actually as good as it shows in the commercials??

I love Proactiv. It works really really well as long as you remember to do it everyday. I skipped it two days in a row and I broke out all over. So it's definitely something you have to stick to. But I got great results. It works different for everyone though, but I'd give it a try just in case. It's worth it if it works for you.

no. it works a little, but definitely not like it shows on the commercial. you'd be better off saving money and buying something from clean&clear, neutrogena, etc. it did make my skin smoother, but also drier, in addition to not really helping the acne i had.

Ughhh... It works differently on different people. I have a friend who has tried EVERYTHING for his acne, including Accutane, which can kill you, and it's still bad. Then again, I had a friend who uses plain Noxema and it clears up her pimples. Everyone's skin is different.
Personally, I've found it's really harsh on my skin, and makes me break out MORE, but I've heard tons of glowing remarks from friends. I think the only way to tell is to try it. *shrugs* Sorry!

if you use it daily like your supposed to, it will work great just like it says. i have it and i usually go through times where i do use it everday and it clears up my skin but then normally i get lazy and stop and then it comes back a little bit. you have to keep up with it
