seventeen july 2008 magazine dress

 Okay, i really like this dree/ shirt they have in the maga zine for july 2008. its from forever21 i looked online can't find it. It's on page 37 and its the strapless tunic...i want it soooo bad!!! please help

I know what your talking about! That shirt is adorable. I tried looking for it too, and I couldn't find it on the website. My best guess is that since it's in the seventeen magazine that just came out, they haven't put it on the website yet. I could keep checking back at the website to see. If not, go to a forever21 store, bring your magazine, and asks someone who works there if they have it or it will be coming out. I'm sure they could help you (:
