What is the difference between crunches and sit-ups? Also...About how many crunches or sit-ups should you do daily to lose some extra belly fat and start to shape a 6-pack..? Are crunches or sit-ups better for you? How long will it take to lose a few pounds/and or start to shape a 6-pack? Thanks! (link)

well im not sure about any of the other stuff but situps you sit up like you cross your arms over your chest and sit up and try to touch your knees with your elbows and crunches you can put your hands on the back of your head and lift your head and the top of your back but dont sit up

ok i just got my hair layered! looks better, now my hair is highlighted but fomr last jan. and i dont hav the money for more its 70 bucks for more!! to much! lol ne1 hav ne tips for makin my hair look better? cuz its dark brown at the top then light brown with blonde highlights... i need help asap!! You could buy the highlights you do yourself from the store i heard the herbal essence works really good or u could find a color close to what your roots are (or whatever color you want) and then buy the hair color at the store and die your hair 1 color and then you can always put more highlights in it later

You are very young and if you arent sure if you are ready then you more than likely arent but at 13 i dont think you are and you dont want to risk anything if you have a guy who is really understanding that you arent ready then you are really lucky cuz a lot of guys arent like that and will pressure you into doing it when your not ready but i would wait a while

2morrow im trying out for my hs volleyball team (im a freshman) well i was kinda wondering like what to expect at a tryout esp. a volleyball one.... like do u have to run b4 it or like do sum sort of interview or do u jus go into teams and jus play while the coaches examine u???!!! (link)

well i dont have any advice for you because ive never tried out for the volleyball team xcept for like 7th grade and we had to run there but like yeah thats besides the point What i was going to say is good luck and i hope you do really well :)

My parents payed for me and my brother to go to a private school. It was really expensive but thank god we got insurance so some of the money will come back to us if we deside not to go. Well my brother and i ended up going to public school where it's free, the thing is that the private school won't let us get the money back unless we go there for 15 school days. I have been arguing with my parents saying that i just started to make friends at the public school, and things are really going my way. Going to the private school for 15 days will make it really hard to go back to the public school. I really dont know what to do cause it's a lot of money we will get back, yet i am really startin to fit in at the public school.

If its only 15 days i would go for it its not that long its not like if you leave the public school those people are going to dissapear you will be back and the same people will be there just be sure to tell them you will be back. just think of it as your getting paid to go to school for 15 days but as long as the public school knows why you are gone so u dont get introuble for truancy or anything i would say go for it but you dont have to do anything you dont want to hope i helped

hey..i'm headed to High School in a week..9th grade..in a few advanced classes..bio,geometry..spansish..etc..anyways..
what are some things that are a must have for high school? like as far as notebooks,folders..?stuff like that..
also..i'm very unorganized when it comes to my school papers and such..so plz keep that in mind when thinking of things i should buy..

Im a very unorganized person too. Well i would get maybe 1 binder with a folder in it for each class just in case and paper and pens and pencils cuz you will need those but then i would wait till the 1st day of school cuz for one class you may need a seperate binder and and a notebook for taking notes or lab assignments and what not and then some classes you may not need anything and for those classes you can just keep them in the first binder you bought with the folders and stuff. thats how i do it and i always go supply shopping and come the first day i have to go back to get something for like 2 classes but then i dont know how your school is but i hope i helped some

I think if your going to go out with her ex boyfriend she should know so be sure to tell her but if she really cared about him alot i would think it wouldnt be the best thing to go out with him becuz she might still have feelings for him and if it wasnt that long ago that they broke up then i would wait and talk to her if you decide to do anything. she might still be mad or upset but atleast you didnt go behind her back and do anything which would make the whole situation much worse

Can too many fruits a day be bad for you. I am always finding myself picking up an orange and eating it as a snack. I end up eating about twice as many as ur supposed to. lyk 8-10 a day. (link)

if you like babysitting put an add up around your neighborhood (but be careful)or ask your parents to ask some people at work if they have any young kids and to tell them your interested. when i was little i used to wash peoples cars we put up a sign at the entrance of the neighborhood lol that probably sounds weird but we were odd kids and we got good money that way

It all depends on the person you could bleed a little you could bleed more or you could not bleed at all i dont think theres a way to tell untill you have sex and then you will find out but be safe ;)

Dont stop being friends with her just because of the people she likes just let her know you dont want to be anything more than friends and if she knows your straight she probably wont do anything and shes your friend and i would hope she wouldnt do anything to jeprodize your friendship.

heya im going to be a freshmen this year so its my first time in a public school. i was wondering if most people use backpacks or binders or w.e cause i heard that most people dont and i dont want to look outta place.. any comments would be helpfull and i rate well

at my school a lot of kids have backpacks and a lot of kids just carry binders i really dont think it matters but if you have a lot of stuff to carry i think it would be easier to use a backpack but it all just depends on you its not like whichever one u pick you'll be the only one doing it and after the first day youll find out so you will know the second day what everyone has

You should tell somebody so u can go to a doctor and get help and see if you have depression or something, but just dont act on those thoughts im sure everyones thought about it sometime or another but there are many people who would miss you even if you think there arent there are but i hope everything turns out ok and u stop having these thoughts all the time
