I am 14 female my boyfriend's 15. And we have been together for 7 months on tuesday. I love him so much and he loves me. And if please dont mention how im to young to be in love blah blah blah i dont wanna hear it please. But we have done everything except for have sex. that's the only thing. He bought condoms we know how to do it. We have a safe and comfortable place. I want to do it but im getting scared. We are most likely going to do it next sunday. I am getting cold feet, but i dont wanna tell him that because im afraid he'll never do it. When im with him i want to so badly but when i am alone and can think without intruptions i get frightened. Like for example im worrying about if i get pregnant, we arent even supposed to be doing it anyways. Is it normal for me to be afraid, not just of getting pregnant but just nervous?

it's COMPLETELY normal if you're afraid and nervous. don't worry, i get the same feelings too. you start to think about everything, and the you start to get cold feet. but don't do anything until you know that you're completely ready mentally. i'm sure that if you aren't, you'd be able to tell talk to your boyfriend and he'd be able to understand, since you both love eachother. it is good though that you're both responsible enough to think about protection and a safe, comfortalbe place. it is completely normal to feel how you feel, and always remember that if you aren't ready, to talk to your boyfriend. who knows, he might even be feeling the same way too. just make sure that you don't do anything until you're 100% ready.

I've just discovered that two of my friends take mitdol and when i asked one of my friends what it was and what it did she looked at me like i was freaking phsyco and she was like umm..what do you take. And I just kinda sat there..like..um nothing? and she just thought i was crazy. so my question is what is mitdol and why are my friends taking it? should i take it? Midol basically helps to soothe the symptoms of the wonderful menstrual cycle aka. hell =] So it basically just helps with cramps, headaches, bloating etc. You're just lucky that you don't get these symptoms, so be happy. Actually be overwhelmed with joyy. haha

Should I be worried if one of my spacers fell out before my braces go on in 4 days?

If you mean the little tiny things that they wedge in between two of your teeth, then it's fine. That means that the space is wide enough, and it is supposed to eventually fall out. But if you're worried still, call your ortho just in case. You don't wanna mess around with your teeth and have to start all overrr.

I'm 16, male.
I started being good friends with this 11 year old girl about august last year. Before that, we used to see each other maybe once in every few months and we were no more than acquaintances, but when I saw her for my birthday in august it was as though my whole point of view changed and I realized I wouldn't be able to wait to see her again.

Although there's five years of difference between us we do make a perfect (friendly) match as we both somehow stand out from the others and appreciate true values of life, if you know what I mean. (We ought to thank to our parents for that)! She acts according to her age and sometimes impresses me with her thoughts about the world. I'd say she's just about mature enough for her age. She likes to spend time with me just as much as I like to spend time with her, and she even made me know that a few weeks ago, but here's the problem: I don't get to see her often! In fact we see each other once in every few weeks which somehow just doesn't seem enough! It all depends on our parents and I'm not sure if I should push my mum into inviting them over every weekend as it might make her (my mum) think that I'm in love with her or something. But I SO wish to see her and I don't know how to do that!

Recently, I've been given an idea to invite her to the cinema or simply pick one whole day to spend with her. But how do I do that?! How do I make my parents know? Should I initiate the whole thing just because I'm "the male" or wait for her to grow and do something first? I hope just because she didn't get this idea first it doesn't mean she wouldn't be interested if I suggested it... ???

All in all, I really wanna spend more time with this girl but since it doesn't directly depend on me I'm not sure how it could be done without me embarrassing myself in front of my parents or anybody else. And does me being the male make any difference???

Sorry, but that is kind of weird. My brother is 11, and in 6th grade. I have friends that are 16. That's like my little brother hanging out with one of my friends all day. The age difference is definately a little weird. Your parents will probably freak out, and it does seem kind of pedafile-ish. Sorry, but it doesn't seem normal. Maybe try waiting another 15 years or so.. but for now, that's just not right.

Call a friend! If you have a cell, use that, so that you don't tie their lines up. Bring a magazine, some homework. Watch TV or bring a funny movie. If you're allowed or if they have one, go on the computer. Just keep yourself BUSY! Have some noise going so that if you hear a random noise, you don't get completely paranoid. Keep the lights on! hahah . Don't worry I have the same exact problem as you. And these all help
