When you're under 16, your options are limited. Places like the grocery store & food places are your only options.

I am 15 myself and I was just looking for a job a little while ago. Most of the jobs that I was able to apply for was the local FoodLand (grocery store)as a bag person, dog walking, baby sitting, maybe try a local diner. Not a Kings or Dennys, I mean I'm sure you could apply there too but I mean diners. Usually diners are smaller and the people are pretty nice and easy going with kids. I hope that helped. I'm new at this.

You can just look online or in the classified ads in local papers! There's always plenty there... good luck :)

I live in New York too, and I have friends that started working at grocery stores like Tops, cart-pushing or cashiering when they're 15. Babysitting's always an option too!

Chickfila, McDonalds, Zaxbys, all icecream stores (ie: baskin robins, brusters), grocery stores, etc.

Those are the job possibilites I know of for sure, that hire 15 yr olds. But it doesn't hurt to ask... so next time you're going by a place you'd like to work, stop in and & ask for an application.

Try your nearest mall. See if there are any job apps at stores you'd be interested working at. I'm not sure if the library would hire you, because usually it's volunteer work. Work at local ice cream parlors (Baskin Robbins, etc.) Tim Hortons may be hiring. Fast food places might also be possible, but sometimes you need a high school diploma. You could also try a beauty salon, and they could let you sweep, and what not. Also, bussing at restaraunts. (Not the funnest job, though) Or, you could always stick to babysitting.
