ok well me and one of my best friend got into our 2nd fight ...and we made a promise to eachother that we wouldn't fight for something stupid(our golden promise), and it happend, she asked me to be her friend and i said no, and i have no clue why, i really wanted to be her friend, but i just didn't wanna seem easy to jus let it go, cuz i've done that b4 and my other friend took advantage of me, and kept doing it and then i finally stuck up for myself, and i dont know wat to do w/ this friend, i mean i love her so much and we have been friends so long, and i wanna talk to her and become friends with her again, but ...i don't know wat to do should i just i-m her and ask her to be friends? and uhmm, wat if she says no? wat do i do? i'm gonna feel like an idiot=( please help

this advice is from experience

ok just write her an email. explain why you did what you did and apoligize and what not. it sounds simple, and it is...but just make sure you make her understand why you said no and everything. and at the end of the email (or letter if she doesn't have an email address...) be like, so please, call, IM, email, text, just somehow talk to me after you read this.

Hey. In the shower, when i run my fingers through my hair and word the shampoo and conditioner in, some hair comes out, not a lot i guess, but some. and when i brush my hair, hair comes out on the brush. is this weird or not normal? it seems to come out pretty easily in the shower, just but runing my finger through it. well...hope you can tell me if im a freak or not. lol thx.

no, this is normal. hair gets/is weaker when wet...so its not odd if your hair comes out more easily in the shower. and when you brush your hair and hair comes out...thats normal too.

well i would say give him his space. if you keep bugging him and sending him stuff...he might think of you as clingy or annoying. and even though you two went out for a long time, he might just want to not think about that since he's all "lets forget about it" and what not.

and plus, once you like let him be for a little, like a week or so, he will be sooo eager to talk to you. keep your distance and everything will be cool

well if you've been cutting for 3 years or so, i bet that some people have become suspicious...but are just too nervous or reluctant to say anything to you, since it is, indeed, a sensative topic.

but you really need to tell someone. not necassarily a parent\adult, but like, a close friend who you can trust. and yes, i know you said that you had trust issues, but this will help you become more trusting...and if you don't know how to bring it up to the person, just say something like "ok, this is random, but its really important...and i haven't told anybody else...ever. so, can i tell you? but seriously you can't say ANYTHING to ANYONE." or something to that effect.

i'm not sure if you need to ger professional help yet (since i don't know you and i don't know your whole situation). but, if you tell a friend who you know won't say anything, and that cares about you, they will seriously help you quit (TRUST ME). and plus, once you tell someone, you have somoene to talk to about it.

hey, i'm 13/f and weigh 95.. Ive been wanting to lose weight because im really skinny but my theighs and butt are really big. So I started not eating wendy's/mcdonalds/burger king/soda/desserts.. maybe you are losing INCHES, or appearing thinner, but you're not losing any pounds because the fat is being turned into muscle...which weighs more than fat. 95 lbs is pretty thin, so don't worry. and plus, guys don't mind a girl being a little thick in the theigh/butt area.
