hey, i'm 13/f and weigh 95.. Ive been wanting to lose weight because im really skinny but my theighs and butt are really big. So I started not eating wendy's/mcdonalds/burger king/soda/desserts.. I've been doing that for about a month and I havent lost any weight, so I started exercising daily after every meal. I did that for about 2 weeks.. and still, I didnt lose any weight. Should I just go back to eating everything I normally would because eating healthy isnt doing anything and exercising isnt doing anything and I want to keep my metabolism high! what do I do?

x0xMrSm answered Thursday July 7 2005, 3:03 pm: maybe you are losing INCHES, or appearing thinner, but you're not losing any pounds because the fat is being turned into muscle...which weighs more than fat. 95 lbs is pretty thin, so don't worry. and plus, guys don't mind a girl being a little thick in the theigh/butt area.
hope i helped. [ x0xMrSm's advice column | Ask x0xMrSm A Question ]
Stephanie4lchs answered Monday July 4 2005, 4:46 pm: Yeah.. if I were you I'd go back to eating normal. But I mean if you only weigh 95lbs.. WOW! But I mean.. if you still think your booty & thighs are big, then try doing exercises that target that area.

Though it's hard to believe that diet and excersise have not worked. I don't know why you would want to lose weight because you seem healthy!
LoveNJstyle answered Saturday July 2 2005, 11:27 am: well you just have to keep up what you are doing cept DO NOT EXCERSIZE RIGHT AFTER MEALS!! its not good for you! do it in the morning when you wake up or a while after you eat. unless you are like 4'5 you are not fat and dont need to lose weight. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]
lizzy602 answered Saturday July 2 2005, 8:30 am: unless you're really short, don't even continue dieting because 95 pounds is not fat at all. but the thing is, if you stop dieting you can't just go pig out and eat a lot because that'll just mess up your metabolism. trust me i know a lot about weight and stuff. i've struggled with an eating disorder for two years and you're on the path to one if you keep this up. take care of yourself. sillygoose92b answered Friday July 1 2005, 10:12 pm: It usually takes more than 2 weeks to start loosing weight. Even if it doesn't appear on the scale that your loosing weight, fat could be turning into muscle. If it looks like you're gaining weight its probably because muscle weighs more than fat. Its good that your giving up fast food and stuff. Even if you don't loose weight or anything you will be healthier inside because greese and all the stuff is bad for the heart and all that. Mackenzie answered Friday July 1 2005, 7:36 pm: Do some exeRcises SPECIFICALLY to taRget youR thighs, like squats and leg lifts. Leg lifts should help you tRemendously. To do these, stand up stRaight, and slowly move youR leg -ONLY YOUR LEG- backwaRds. Like, say you'Re going to kick something, but kick BARKWARDS, and DON'T BEND YOUR KNEES!! They'Re gReat foR sliming youR thighs and toning youR ass!!
Best of luck to you!! :D [ Mackenzie's advice column | Ask Mackenzie A Question ]
