head is oral sex. 99% of the time its referring to a blow job...which is oral sex performed on a male. sometimes, but very rarely, its used to describe oral sex performed on a woman. but usually, (for a girl) you would say "eat out".

ok yeah head is just like a blowjob but its a little diffrent. if you have seen a dick the very tip of it is called the head. and sucking on it and all that stuff is givin head.
