I am from Pakistan, an educationest working in public sector. New research papers and articles will really enhance my professional compitency. But the problem is that I did not have reading habit. when I try to read some article in english I get sleep or get boared soon. can you please tell me the ways to develop the reading habit for reading latest education related material. I often get bored when reading, and a good way to make sure the info sinks in is to re-read a page whenever you feel your mind wandering.

Like i've been told I'm not normal because I'm freinds with some of my junior high teachers. I mean I would think it would be normal to talk to them once in a while. You grow a relationship with them and I just happen to like keeping that relationship. Is that normal? (link)

Sure, why not? Being friends with someone is fine. Plus it gives you a chance to get to know your teachers instead of just always thinking of them as a teacher. (And maybe they will be more lenient on grading your tests haha)

im in 8th grade, and please dont tell me that it is too young to be having sex--I KNOW!! i am a christian, and it's just that i live in a really small town, and so everybody just seems to know when you've lost your virginity, and i dont know, its just that there is quite a bit of pressure put on having sex. but my question is, is that ive heard that you have a less chance of getting pregnant while on your period. i would just die if i decided to have sex and ended up getting pregnant!! but the problem is, is that i dont know if guys will have sex if a girl is on her period. is that gross to them?? It's nearly impossible to resist the urge to tell you to not do it because of your age, haha. But to answer your question you have equal chance without protection no matter when you do it. The best bet is to not do it at all (even in high school) Or at least get to know the person REALLY well first so you know they don't have any STDs. The worst thing in the world would be for you to get AIDS and have your life go down the drain that early (or at any age for that matter)

Whats like the official definition of "hooked up" I thought it meant having sex, some of my friends just say like making out. So when I watch shows like Laguna and such, I never know what they mean! (link)

It just means that a couple of people that don't know eachother very well either make out, or have sex. It just means they do something sexual like that and they dont' go out or anything.

Im 13, and im a Chathlioc [sp?] Cristian. Well, in school, we went to Confessing. I told the preist all my sins, but one. I masturbate. I did'nt wanna just be flat out, I maturbate, because the priest is friends with my family. Is this wrong. As much as I love God and Jesus, I just can't say I maturbate. Is it a sin anyway? (link)

Well it's a sin but I think only the most ridiculous, god-fearing priest will care that much. It's perfectly normal, and if you tell the priest he is REQUIRED to keep what you tell him a secret. If a man confessed a murder to a priest, he wouldn't be allowed to tell anyone. So don't worry about it if you must be fully honest in your confession

Any standard headphones plug into iPods. But if they broke you can call apple and if you bought it a year ago or less they will send you new ones for free. Also, and this isn't guaranteed, they have a new line of headphones now that are better that just came out and they may send you those so that would be awesome

Ok, I took a video the other day and i'd like to put it up on youtube. I uploaded the video from the camera onto windows movie maker. Now when i try to upload it to youtube it says invalid file format. And the thing i dont understand is some videos i upload onto youtube work, andi also uplaoded them from windows movie maker. So i dont know why they have different formats. I'd like someone to give me a suggestion on howto change the file format, thanks alot! (link)

I've done this before, all you have to do is when you do file > save as, select a different format. Try .avi or .wmv.

In my opinion, there could be one of two things going on here. One possibility is you just want a quick laugh asking a question like this. Another one is you really need help. In that case, I recommend a shower. That's your best bet. It sounds like a simple hygeine problem.

This has happened to me. You've used a code that hides some of the myspace codes. You need to go to a different site for editing. I know, it sucks but you never know your new layout may look even better!

Believe it or not the best way is to tell him. If he likes you, great. If not, it's not like you'll be a laughing stock or anything. Asking sonmeone if they like you is normal, and you will be happy you did it.

Well, it's possible to sel your art anywhere. It's not like getting a job somewhere where you must be at least 18 or something. Just go somewhere, ask permission to sell your art outside and pick prices. If you're good, people will buy it
