No matter how much or little I brush my teeth the night before, I always wake up with a nasty tasting coating all through my mouth that also gives me bad breath. It shows up on my teeth as like white patches sometimes, that can't be brushed away. I've used mouth wash and it doesn't change it. I brush my teeth twice a day, and properly. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
I also have braces and I can't remember if I had this problem before my braces or not, but it certainly wasn't this bad. (link)

ok try flossing and then dont eat for about an hour before you go to sleep that should fix it!

I have known this girl since elementary school and we are now seniors. we were never really that close until the beginning of our junior year when we really became best friends, we've done so much together and confided in each other so much, there are 3 of us that do EVERYTHING together. me this girl(we will call her Peyton, the one im having the problem with) and one more girl (we will refer to her as Hallie)we are now seniors and up until about 3 weeks ago things were perfect between all fo us. we did everythign together, hung out every weekend we were perfect. Then about 3 weeks ago Peyton started lieing to me and now she doesnt even come around me and hallie anymore. We got in a little fight over her lieing but I told her it didnt matter anymore just as long as she didnt lie to me. Peyton has started to really hang out with this other girl who isn't that popular at all, she is actually a real bitch, she sleeps with whatever guy that is willing to sleep with her, shes the total opposite of me and hallie. I wrote peyton a note about how I felt and how i hate that we are distant and everything i mean she is my best friend and all, and she hasnt even made an attempt to talk to me and hallie more. peyton herself even said she hated the distance between us. This morning really set me off because hallie and i were sitting doing homework in the morning before school started and peyton arrived the same time i did and we could all have sat down and just hung out and talked but peyton went off and talked to that other girl and didnt even bother talking to us. she even works with this other and see hers all the time. she never gets to see us so you would think she would wnat ot hang out when she had the chance to but NOPE. I dnt know what to do. should i just not even consider her a friend anymore because obvisously she foudn a new best friend. or should i try to talk to her again... and give her a choice of hey your my friend or hey your not... make up your mind... i have so much going on i just want to get it figured out i could really use my best friends help but she doesnt even care. i told her what all is going on in my life and she hasn't attempted to even help me. she is stuck up this other girls ass. Hallie has been a GREAT help with being by my side and actually caring about what the doctor says when i get home from my appointments and what not. so let me know what ya'll think (link)

well she isnt being there for you but i have a friend like that and well he did the same thing to me and he hates me and im still there for him. its up to you really. depends on how much you love her. if you really feel like one day she will come back to you then be there for her and just tell her how much you love her and how you will always be there for her. love fills all voids. follow your heart and when she wont make the attempt to talk to you go the extra mile to talk to her.

I was just wondering if anyone has tried spray-on tanning. I do not want to harm my skin with regular tanning, but I don't want to look white as a ghost either. So, how do they do it? Does it look fake? Will it streak or wash off? Does anyone recommend it? (link)

Okay, so. I have a huge problem that I need serious help with. Okay. So me and my boyfriend are crazy about eachother. Like, for the first time in my life I could honestly say that I am IN love with him. And I know that may sound like shit because I'm not older or anything but I don't think age means a thing. (I'm 14. He's about to turn 16.) So anyways. His mom totally like, hates me or something. But that's beside the point. So he got grounded for getting a horrible grade in Trigonometry. But it wasn't exactly his fault because I mean c'mon it's Trigonometry and he's only 15 and he had come in half-way during the semester and had to make up all that stuff he missed. Hell, I can't even spell it. So anyways, he got a 37 in that class. And he got grounded. At first it was only until progress reports so I didn't think it was all that bad. But I just found out last night that he's grounded until January 12th. Meaning he can talk to me on the phone all he wants, but he can't see me. At all. So. I'm gonna go absolutely insane until then. But by January 12th he'll have his car and he'll be able to see me a lot. So is it worth it to wait? Keep in mind, I truely am head over heels in love with him.

Okay me and my boyfriend were together for about three years, he is 20 and im 18. We were friends for two years before we dated anyways. we broke up because we had respect issues and didnt agree on certain things in the future. he tried getting me back many times...but about three weeks ago he finally gave up. a week ago i saw he had made a myspace...and is now talking to so many girls and gettin their numbers and meeting them up. its really heartbreaking for me because we've only been broken up for about three months max and hes already moved on and talking to all these girls...and im constantly sad now.

14/f....i just started high school and have made a lot of new friends...some are popular and some are not. i hang out with the non-popular group every single day at lunch but i always have the other Popular group in the back of my mind. in my heart i know i want to hang out with the popular group not just for the guys or w/e but b/c of the people. easy right? i should hang out with the popular kids if my heart is set on it. WRONG...i kinda, sorta dont want to stop hanging out with the nonpopular kids b/c of their whole group, the guys, friends, etc...but i dont know which group..please help..thanx

There's this guy named Sal and I liked him ever since the first day of school. He is kind of a jerk and has already gone out with like 2 girls since September 6th. He liked me for the first two weeks of school, and my friends told me that he kept calling me hot. Sometimes I can be overly hyper and kind of crazy, but I have a really good sense of humor, and that's how he stopped. He stopped liking me, and just now likes me as a friend. well he might just be a good friend... and consider you a best friend... but maybe not, so hun i suggest just getting one of your friends to ask him, or put a note in his pocket (while you have his jacket) that says you like him.... lol its childish but funny... yah.... so just like write a note that simply says "I like _____" and make sure he knows its your handwriting lol have fun, get creative.

My sister (28) and I(15)are sending my mom into Rehabilitation/Detoxification (Rehab/Detox) for about 10 days. My mom has many severe addictions to many, many different drugs..and my sis says she's going to be in probably the worst pain for a couple days in her entire life. She said that once my mom tried getting off her drugs and has diarahhea that was pure blood. My sis says its going to be way worse when she goes into rehab and that my mother is going to be in so much pain that she doesnt want to see me and my sister because she dooesnt want us to see her in such bad condition. So i guess my question is..what can I do to make myself feel better about the pain that my mom is going to be put through? It hurts me too..how do i deal with this? Thanks (link)

Ok im kinda confused. I like to fight, i dont care if its my friends fighting or someone i dont like. But my girlfriend hates it. And recently.. she asked me if she could do her girlfriend a favor. ok you have to bleach the part of your hair you want to dye first, and you need a PH balanced shampoo.... try the brand Manic Panic
i dye mine blue all the time, and thats what i always use

Went out earlier tonight and stole as many flowers out of gardens as I posibly could, ended up with quite a lot of differant flowers.
Went to this girls house, who I have been out with at least 6 times, climbed over her apartment fence (questioning my sanity at being there in the middle of the night) scatered the flowers on her lawn and left.
I'm kinda scared that she will think I'm a weirdo stalker or something, but I really hope it makes her happy and special...
I have a idea that she likes me...kinda saw her being jeolous at another woman i was talking to one night (the woman was sweet, but happely married to someone else, and I REALLY like this girl)
