ok you have to bleach the part of your hair you want to dye first, and you need a PH balanced shampoo.... try the brand Manic Panic
i dye mine blue all the time, and thats what i always use

well if its bleach blonde... then no.... if its brown blonde,.. then yes

Yes!!! Finally, a question JUST about oddly colored hair! [mine is purple]

I got my hair dye from Sally's. It's called PUNKY PROFESSIONAL by Jerome Russell.

They had hot pink, purple, blue, green, white... you name it. At the store where I live, it was only about $5.50, but this could vary from store to store. It washes out in 5-40 washes. With the purple, it still isn't out, and it's been over two weeks. And each night, I washed my hair numerous times.

If you want the color to last longer, only wash your hair every other night (if you can get by with that) and don't condition it.

I love my PUNKY PROFESSIONAL. It's true, bright purple - it's gorgeous. I love it.

If you don't have a Sally's near you, or there isn't the color you want at the Sally's, try Hot Topic or Spencer's, or even Claire's Accessories. [Regular CLAIRE'S probably won't have it, but Claire's Accessories might.]

You want to know what's crappy? Color Pulse from Loreal. Yeah, sure, it's great if you only want it dyed for like... three to five days. But for REAL semi-permanent dye, go for PUNKY PROFESSIONAL, it's a little more expensive than Color Pulse (like two dollars), but it's a bigger tube of dye and it is much better quality and has better colors. :)

I don't think bright pink is sold in ordinary stores...You might need to try hot topic or some thang like that
For the quality
Price=Quality
Quality=$$$
2+2=4

for the brand
Anything in hot topic=good brand
but remember
quality=brand
...I think
