For a little over a year, I've been trying to train my voice myself. I would like to get voice lessons, but that would take the place of guitar lessons.
My question is: How can I build support with my voice? I can't sing very loud or I go out of tune.
And do you have any other tips for singing?

Gurgle water and drink plenty of it. If you're voice starts to crack give it a break, but practice and it will get better

Ok,for Halloween my friend Lisa suggested I dress up as a French Maid.And I did,I went the whole nine yards shaved legs,high heels,makeup everything.Now all my friends think I'm gay.The worst part of all this is that I really enjoyed being all dressed up.I had a long talk with Lisa about this and she said the reason why she suggested the costume was because she always thought I was a bit girly she said if I wanted to she will help me shop for clothes and stuff.The problem is if I do this everyone will def think I'm gay.I'm so confused I just don't know what to do.Thanks for Listening. I don't get why they think you're gay. It doesn't make sense. Has anyone actually told you that they think you are gay? And don't you mean lesbian? Ok well, maybe you could dress a different way and then give them a whole other idea.

Hi Guys my girlfriend is a couple of years younger than me (23) but she acts like a little kid! When we're out with her friends that are her same age group she's acts completely normal and I am so attracted to her as a person when she's like this. BUT whenever she's out with my friends (their my age) she acts like a little brat, i'm a pretty patient person so have put up with it for a while now, but its starting to be a problem as i feel a little nervous whenever I take her out.
she's acts like this constantly when we're with her family too (she's the youngest child), and i guess her family has treated her like she's the youngest child like forever...
What should I do? I really love this girl, but its just in circumstances where its starting to stress me out. If its a psychological thing i wanna help her through this, just wondering what you guys thought. (link)

She acts like this because she wants attention. You're giving it to her too. Talk to her about it and tell her how you feel when she does act like that.

a few times a week i'm sitting on the floor, get up the wrong way, fall back to the floor in extreme pain because i've somehow popped my knee out of place. I can't even move and i can't get up or fix it without having someone pick me up from the underarms up.
Is this normal?
Is there something screwy with my knee?
Shoudl I see a doctor?
How should I handle it if it happens at school?

I think you should go see a doctor and tell him exactly what you told me. Your knee maybe needs surgery or something like that.

Ok. This might sound kind of wierd, but here goes. When I go to use the bathroom and I pull down my underwear, there's this nasty, sticky, white, creamy looking stuff in there. It doesn't like cover the whole bottom of my underwear, it's only like a little bit. I'm not sexually active, so it couldn't be from that. What is this? Why does this happen all the time? I get it to. It's call discharge and it happens before you get your period. I've been having it for about a month and it gets really annoying but soon you will have your peroid.

is there any ways i can get motivated to write? i don't know.. my boyfriend told me..that my writing would get graded an F. umm yea. that really hurt..and now it's bothering me. i know my grammer sucks...but that really messed me up..now my authors block is lasting longer than usual. (link)

Well a dictionary helps with spelling and grammer. Make sure you spend time on your paper and tell your boyfriend how that hurt your feelings. Tell him that you do know that your writing needs work.

I`m moving in a few months, and I`m very scared. I've lived in the same house for all my life, gone to schools right next to each other ( the elm. && middle schools are right next to each other ) progressed through each grade with the same familiar faces all around, and hung out doing nothing with my same group of best friends every weekend. I usually hate change, and I do now too. I love my life exactly the way it is, I find myself crying everynight `cause I don't want to move. I am very fortunate though, I`m moving only about 15 minutes away, but I am going to be at a new school / school district. I have one person I know at this new school, However my current school is so full they are redistricting a few neighborhoods to my new school. So I will know some people. I know yall probably think I`m a greedy wimp for being so sad even when I`ll have some friends, but you don't understand. It's been the same way all my life and I love it, I`m afraid of change, afraid of this move, afraid to leave what I love.
- how do I get over this fear ? How can I make the best of my move? How can I be sure my "friends" now won't forget about me when I move ? (link)

What state and city do you live in? Well, anyway you seem like a really great person and your move is up to your parents. There is no doubt that you're going to have to move, so you might as well make the best of it. Make sure you have time to say good-bye to all of your friends, and since you're only moving 15 minutes away I'm sure it won't be that bad. If you're not shy, then you'll be fine making lots of friends. Maybe you and your friends can have like one last sleepover before you move. And play fun games and just talk to go to a movie or bowling or something. Do things to get your mind off moving, like painting or maybe going on a short vacation with your family or friends. I hope it all works out and you find some more friends that you can spend time with. Sorry! Good Luck.

hey ya'll.... ok im a 13 year old girl and i live with my dad and my twin brother... i have to share a room with my brother and as you might know i have no privacy whatsoever... okay like 1 day ago i started my period for the first time...but i odnt know how to tell my dad because i need to go buy some more supplies... and i dont want to tell my brother but im sure hell find out and i kno it will be akward.... so heres my question.. how do i tell my dad(hes a manly man) and i want to tell my brother so it wont be as akward if he finds out on his own.......how do i tell them?!?!!??!?!?o ya and how do i tell my brother to keep his mouth shut cause at the moment i dont want anyone to know!?!?!?!? thanks! That really sucks that you have to share a room with your brother. Maybe you can get a ride with your close friend and her mom or older brother [who can drive] or something like that. Then you can go to the drug store or whatever and get some 'supplies.' About your dad, I think that you would feel much better if you just let it out to your dad and tell him what's happening. I think you'll feel much better about the situation and I'm sure he'll be glad that you told him the truth.

Theres this really cute guy that works in the same store as me. He is on rollerblades, he's the general cleanup guy. I'm in the clothing department. Well I just started the job yesterday, the store is huge, it has over 350 employees.
Well anyways he was smiling and being really friendly to me yesterday, and today he was smiling too. It didnt just look like a friendly smile but a smile that said he was interested in me. I was flattered because there are lot of really cute young girls that I saw flirting with him.
The only thing is that he looks really young, probably still in school. I am 27 but look like I'm 19. Should I go for him? (link)

I was wondering if anyone can help me make a plan of when to change "supplies" during my school schedule. I'm only in middle school, so no one uses purses yet. There's also this one girl who ALWAYS searches my pencil case to find gum and whatnot so I can't use my pencil case! I go to my locker before lunch time, and in past situations I have picked up a purse in which I put a pad in. But, I hate using purses because its SO obvious that when you carry a purse to the bathroom, you have your period!! I don't know any other ways! I don't want to buy anything at school because the dispncers have the worst brands. My tampon can not last ALL day and I'm a little scared to use jumbo because im sure they're hard to insert and other stuff. If anyone wants to contradict this idea please do so! I need some ideas! What grade are you in? I'm in middle school and I carry around a purse. Every girl goes through their period and its very normal. I'm pretty close myself so I mean, yeah the pencil case is a bad idea but just use a purse.

Make sure you show though them all your GOOD grades first. Then explain to them how you got the grades, how your teachers grade them and everything. Take it seriously, and then maybe they won't tear your head off.
