a few times a week i'm sitting on the floor, get up the wrong way, fall back to the floor in extreme pain because i've somehow popped my knee out of place. I can't even move and i can't get up or fix it without having someone pick me up from the underarms up.
Is this normal?
Is there something screwy with my knee?
Shoudl I see a doctor?
How should I handle it if it happens at school?

beankitty answered Friday November 4 2005, 6:57 pm: Go to the doctor, tell them exactly that and they'll send you to the dreaded X-Ray room which is exactly what you need. If it happens at school.. well, keep a few friends by you at all times, and be sure to tell them about it before hand, if you haven't done so already. You should go toyur family doctor and explain what is happening. they may want to do an x-ray. As for school if it happens in school you can only do what you do at home-there shouldnt be an embarrassment-but yes you should have it looked at.
