In the past couple weeks, ive gained 10-12 lbs and i cant stop freaking out. My exercise and eating habits havent changed and i dont know why but i keep putting on more and more weight. I feel so disgusted with myself. Can anyone explain to me why ive gained all this weight all of the sudden? (No, im not pregnant.) I dont overeat. I actually burn all my calories. Any way i can lose all this weight because exercise and eating healthy arent working?

I want to tone my stomach. I know how to do crunches for my upper abs, but my lower abs are just not getting toned. does anyone know any great workouts for your lower abs, or maybe even upper and lower combined? Also, i heard that your not supposed to do crunches everyday, basically for the same reason u should lift weights everyday, is it the same thing and is this true? Thanks so much. I rate high.
well do 100 crunches a day also mabey you could get an ab lounge they work really good and eat healthier and try doing cardio exercizes liek running or riding a bike .. hope i helped. JESSiCA
well i just got dumped by the one boy i love..so you should pretty much get where this is going. he was my first boyfriend and we went out for a pretty long time..and i was also his first too. he dumped me a couple of hours ago and i cant stop crying..and the worst part is..he broke up with me for my best friend. he likes her and she likes him..its gonna be hard for me to see them together at school..and i dont think ill ever get over this. i feel like killing myself..and theres no one really there for me..like i mean..i dont have anyone to talk to cuz they've never felt this. its usually my best friend that i come to for advice but of course i cant talk to her cuz she already knows how i feel but obviously shes not helping..how can i get over this? i still love him with all my heart and it hurts a lot more than i thought it would..and i never expected him to dump me this soon..please help me..its killing me.

Hey! I know, I ask a TUN of questions about tracK!
but, I have a meet on monday! (Im asking this on Saturday Morning) and I have HORRIBLE pains in my knees and ankels when i run, and after i run i have the pains in my ankels. it always feels like my i am going to sprain my ankel!
I have pratice in about an hour!
so, i need some help! what should i do to make myself go faster, despite the pains.
I know how to at the meet because i only have to do it one time, but at pratice wtih the continous working, what should I do??
and any ways to go faster, and im in the 4X1 relay! anyone have sugestions for that either?
Also- I know what the pains are coming from-its the track.

ok well once a day go for a walk then the next day go for a run and alternate each day. or .. you could walk for 5 min run for 10 min walk for 5 min run for 10 and so on to get your ankel better .. also you shoould go see a doctor you might have something serisouls rong and for the mean time tell your coach you cant run because you hurt your leg. i am in dance and i have to wear 2 piece costumes. My stomach is kind of flabby and I have love handles. Does anyone know how to get rid of these? Also how to tone my inner thighs. If you have a diet and exersise program 4 me it would be appreciated. Thanks for the help in advanced.

all you have to do is do about 100 crunches in the morning and 100 in the evening and for your sides just stand up and trist you waist up it should help rate me x0x00x0x Jess
I play se;ect soccer. I get really really nervous before games and i don't know how not to be. I won't eat anything and i won't talk and i need a way to make my stomaach not hurt before a game and to be less nervous and calm!! Please help thanSS!!
i play soccer too and im nervous before a game and i ususlly kick the ball around my backyard for like a warm up and when i ghet there i talk to my friends so talk to your friends about things other than soccer. x0x00x0x JESSiCA
I need to get in shape for this summer-like so bad..I've tried almost everything..Dieting and crunches didn't help..eating less and less didn't help..Not eating for almost a whole day didn't help..and I couldn't really keep up with the eating healthy thing..I just want to look greeaattt in a bikini for this summer..Does anyone know any ways to get in shape? if you really want to lose weigh do not dont eat oe tour body will take everything you eat and store it as fat.for your legs walk or run for your abs you can do crunched but there only shoeing results under your fat so you have to eat healthier

i lost like 30 pounds on south beach diet they tell you what to eat and juss leik walk every day and if you want to run alot it really helps rate me please x0x00x0x jess
