Okay so I know Im probably too young to get RLS but my grandma has it, my mom and my sister has it, It has always been in our family.

But when I try to lay down and go to sleep I have the sudden urge to kick/move my feet. They get all itchy and It is like that till I finally fall asleep about 2 hours later. Is there anything I can do to stop the symptoms or lessen them? THANKS!

Since your family does has it, that means they'll take you more serious if you ask them what to do. Ask your mother, sister, or grandmother how they deal with their symptoms. Or ask one of your parents to bring you into the doctor for some meds. Family will help.

It would be a lot easier to give you recommendations if you told us your area.

But the best thing to do is to look up those colleges around your area and check up if they have the type of beauty you want to do (hairstyling, make up, aromatherepy, etc.).

There's also special schools that offer just beauty.

Okay, so this is a really awkward question. like REALLY weird.

but..

ever since i was little i have been getting this stuff in my panties.. like, white gooey stuff like on your period only grosser and less of it. it went about for almost a year then like came back. i don't know what it is but i'm scared to tell my dad to take me to the doctor cuz it'll be really awkward since it's just me and him in the house. and i have no one else i can ask for help. so why not random strangers! this is a really annoying and embarrassing question... and any type of help is appreciated!

Its just discharge. Its your body's way of cleaning "down there". Don't worry about it, its completely normal. Every girl gets it, some more than others. Just be careful, if it starts to smell funky (fishy or bready) you may have some sort of infection.

Look it up on Google for precautions in case. Vaginal discharge.

My boyfriend and I are two years apart and we're perfect for each other and age isn't a factor.

I'm African American and he's white and Mexican. He's a dancer and isn't into all the "gangster" stuff (thank God).

I've always dated or been associated with older guys who are black.
So my problem is a lot of guys are still trying to get with me and of course I tell them I have a boyfriend, but they always have something to say. I'm SICK of them talking about my boyfriend and us. Yes, I know they're jealous, but gosh SHUT UP. Whats the best thing to tell them?

Just keep telling them you have a boyfriend you actually LIKE, and therefore you are absolutely NOT interested no matter what they try. If they keep pestering you, just walk away.
Guys are stupid sometimes, need to be told a million times. There's no cure for it. Sorry...

Get into some co-ed school clubs. Or just start a conversation in class.
Or even sports and other clubs out of school. Really, guys are everywhere. And if you go someplace you like, you'll find other guys with similar interests to you.

I want to work at Gifford's this summer (its an ice cream parlor). Anyways, the application form asks reaaaaally wierd questions, so I have NOOOO idea what to say at all.
1) Describe your experience at Gifford's
2) What do you like about ice cream (WHAAATTT?!?!?)
3)Why would you like to work for Gifford's?
4)What do you most enjob about your experiences as a student?
5)And what do you least enjoy

Can someone help me with writing this? I can dramatize it, because I do deserve to work there, because I am a straight-a student and such but I just don't want to say anything stupid, and I really want this.

Okay, simple enough.

1. Basically they want you to tell how you liked Gifford's as a customer. "My friends and I always got served right on time, and they had the best ice cream flavors" and such should do it for that.

2. What do you like best about ice cream? Well, why do you like ice cream? Happy childhood memories? Great tastes? The sweetness. Is it just your favorite snack over all? Guilty pleasure food? Ther want people who will like working there, and seeing why you like ice cream is the first step.
Personally I'd get into a short-but-sweet story of some time in your childhood and emphasize ice cream.

3. Pretty straight forward. Say it seems like a fun place with interesting people.

4. This is also best to put down socializing. Saying something like "all the great people I meet there" will give them the idea that you're a people person. Which you need to be in any job.

4. Hm, this is a difficult one. Here its best to say what you don't like to do, of course that's what they're asking. Maybe something simple, like a least favorite sport. Or maybe you don't like watching TV or some other sort of small activity. Or studying (adding that you do it though), thats always good.

my nails have ridges and bumps on them.. is that indicative of a health disease? (i dont get my nails caught on anything so i didnt physically do anything to them)

Both my mom and I have that problem. It could be either genetic or a lack of calcium in your body. Neither is really harmful to you (though the lack of calcium could be harmful later on).

I suggest you get more calcium in your system. Drink milk, youhgurt, other dairy products. Or if you can't, any drug store can sell you calcium tablets and the like!

Hello Everyone:

I would to ask all of you something. Why does it seem like it's hard for good guys like me who dosen't, smoke, drink or do any of that bad stuff to find a right girl for him? It seems like there are a lot of girls out there who are nothing but trouble and always want want want all the time. I do not like girls who are always wanting stuff all the time. And it seems like all the good nice looking girls already have boyfriends. What is up with this?

Aw, I'm really sorry that's all you see. I personally hate it when guys drink/smoke, do any of that, it's a huge turn off. Its the same in a lot of people I know.

I think most girls are like that because they feel they have a right to want something. They think that if you chose to be with them then you should love them more than life itself (its those princess stories) and that you shouldn't be against giving them everything. Its not the right way to be, but some think its justified.

All the nice looking girls, and all the nice girls, already have boyfriends because they are nice. They are caring, good hearted people that yes you could fall in love with, as could other boys (and they do).

I know this sounds a little overused (okay, a lot overused) but just keep trying. All girls aren't like that, and a ton would love someone like you. I'm confident in that. Just be nice, I'm not saying submit to their will but be nice and put yourself out there.

i'm just about to turn 16, which means i'm getting my license. i have been looking around for cars, but the one that has sorta stolen my heart is the 2007 honda crv. it is probably the cutest thing i've ever seen and i really would do anything for it. i just need to convince my parents to buy it for me now. or even lease it, whatever. i have good grades, active in school and sports, and i'm a well rounded person. any suggestions that i can do that can win my parents over or anything i can say?

Well, you're smart and responsible it sounds. The best thing to do is promise to get a job and pay for half (or all) the insurance along if they get it for you. Teenager's car insurance is fairly expensive, and for a newer car its even higher. Also the gas, pay for that too.

If that doesn't work, just use your parents' cars until you save up enough money to buy THAT car yourself (or once again, cut a deal to pay for half of it). If you really want it that bad, you can wait for it, right? And besides, you don't need a car for your sixteenth birthday, especially if its a car you don't really want.

I need to know how to delete on photobucket. A few months ago, you deleted one by holding your mouse over the album name then a trash can popped up. But it's gone now. Please help me....fast.

Above the picture there should be options blue-linked options. One of them should say "delete" (I think its the last one).

If you don't have that there is a little white box below the picture that you click. Then scroll all the way to the bottom and click the blue button "delete selected".

I have a layout site on myspace, and i know how to do the Print Screen to do a preview of a layout in the blog, but how do i make a picture an actual link in the blogs?

You have to make a fake MySpace and just post up the layout there along with the code in textarea.

You could also add up a little picture and a song. Just make up an email, that account doesn't need to make friends.

I have a cat that's a real mouser, and I was wondering what kind of a small pet I could get that he wouldn't kill. He catches rabbits almost as big as he is and he's good at getting birds, too. It would also be helpful to know how I can protect any kind of a small animal from him. Thanks!

Well, it looks like the smallest pet you could get without your cat trying to kill it would be a small dog... maybe a ferret?

But as for other small pets (rodents and the like) keep them high and far away from him in cages that he couldn't open to save his life. Also, keep the door of the room the animal is in shut when you aren't there so he can't get in. And tell your family members to do the same.
Only allow the cat and the animal to be in the same room if you are there watching ever movement.

see, i used to like this guy. he flirted with me, but i didnt think that he woudl ever like me because im way yougner than him. now, hes starting to flirt even more, and starting to tell me that he likes me a bit, and hes deciding about the girlfriend relationship. i never really said anything about girlfriend :S its been pretty weird, for me, lately, because like, he would text me "hey pretty" and stuff like that :S

Just say that. "I don't like you like that", or simply "It's getting awkward, can you stop?". You shouldn't sugarcoat things like that or he won't get it.

So I have been missing my periods and then getting them like every 2 weeks. and then i would miss a month and so on. I just started last july so i know they are still irregular but i was just wondering if any of you have had the same problem. please advise what you think could be going on. thanks

Hi, I have had my period for three years. And at the moment I have NOT had it for four months. Its really nothing at all to worry about. My MOTHER has been skipping and getting extra periods, and she's in her 40s! So your cycle is screwed up, its really nothing at all to worry about.
