nail ridges my nails have ridges and bumps on them.. is that indicative of a health disease? (i dont get my nails caught on anything so i didnt physically do anything to them)

My doctor told me that those ridges are due to a lack of vitamins. Try to start taking daily vitamins so your body can get the nutrients it needs.
If you are already taking vitamins, I would definitely talk to your doctor to see what's up.
As far as I know, it is not something serious like a disease. ]
Both my mom and I have that problem. It could be either genetic or a lack of calcium in your body. Neither is really harmful to you (though the lack of calcium could be harmful later on).
I suggest you get more calcium in your system. Drink milk, youhgurt, other dairy products. Or if you can't, any drug store can sell you calcium tablets and the like!
