I generally find that when you're feeling this way, action beats inaction. The best way to make yourself feel better is to DO something, and plan the music you're going to listen to accordingly.

For example, when I feel down, I usually drive very fast. In this kind of situation, a good song would be "Stand And Recieve Your Judgement", by Darkest Hour.

Okay, here goes. I recommend:

Miserable At Best by Mayday Parade
Burn by Alkaline Trio
Hate Me by Blue October
Cold by Breaking Benjamin
Swallowed by Bush
Stupid Girl by Cold
Colorblind by Counting Crows
Mad World by Gary Jules
Ugly by The Exies
Over My Head by The Fray
How To Save A Life by The Fray
Work by Jimmy Eat World
Smile Like You Mean It by The Killers
Smile by Lily Allen
Wake Up Call by Maroon 5
L.G. Fuad by Motion City Soundtrack
Vanish by The Ohio Sky
This Can't Happen Again by Patent Pending
Swing Life Away by The Rise Against
Tear You Apart by She Wants Revenge
Pretty Girl (The Way) by Sugarcult
A Wolf In Sheep's Clothing by This Providence

Its a lot, I know. I have a whole playlist of sad/pissed off songs. Pick the ones that sound best.

Also, could you try using a little better grammar when writing to others. It was a little hard understanding what you wanted at first.

Thanks and I hope I helped!

One of my favorite sad/love songs is "Whiskey Lullaby". It is a country song, but it is an awesome song.
