What to wear?

Question Posted Monday May 5 2008, 5:37 pm

I recently bought cowboy boots, they're not like full-blown boots, just casual, but I do not know what to wear with them.

This is what they look like:

So what do I wear with them [as in bottoms]?

Links appreciated, if not, thats fine.

It depends on what "look" you're going for.
Personally i would do a short denim skirt, but with the frayed bottoms.. where it looks like it was just cut. With that i'd wear like a brown belt with a bigger buckle.. and then some sort of button up top. Wear the button up top with just a solid color tank under it and button a few bottom buttons.

If you're going for a completely different look the other people picked out some cute longer skirts. Just make sure to stick with colors that go with the brown in the boot. If you do a patterened bottom make sure to do a solid simple top!

those would cute with either denim shorts and a white button down, or over skinny jeans with a loose fitting shirt

A nice top with white skinny jeans is also a good look :)

Okay, so I'm not the greatest expert in the world, but looking at those I'd say they'd go nice with washed out denim

Maybe skinny jeans to go over:

Or a denim skirt. Or shorts like this:

If you really wanted to, and you wore a plain white blouse, you could also wear those with a skirt like this:

Leggings would look nice under that too, I think.

Hope that's to your liking!
