At Cheerleading practice we have to run like a mile and a half without stopping and if we stop every1 has to run another lap around the football field (4 laps=1mile) I get so exhausted and i cant run that much i get to the point where i cant feel my legs and i cant breathe..i dont know y though i am a skinny person and im short and very atheletic ..i just cant run for a long time!...i need help on ways to make me run better/ longer..thanks!...I rate!!!!!! everyones like that because after running your body needs water and rest but another thing is that running is what's called anerobic excercise and the heat has to pump blood faster and there's not as much oxygen going to the heart this isn't bad so don't get worried but eventually probably by the end of the year running wont' be a problem and you won't be as tired

I have a 94 Ford Taurus with almost 140,000 miles. I continue to put money into it for repairs and many of the parts have been replaced. Yet again something is wrong, I need new front breaks, springs and struts. It is about $1000 in repairs. My question is do I fix my car in hopes it will last 3-4 more years without major repairs or should I finaly junk it and spend the money towards a new used car with 40,000 miles. Something around $4000-$5000. I am at a loss of what to do? (link)

okay so my friends going out with this guy and i started talking to him, ya kno bein nice and stuff and then we started to talk more and he is saying all this weird stuff that i should like come over cas hes lonely and he thinks his gf is going to break up with him.. but i was like no i wouldnt do that to her and yeah he keeps saying all of this stuff that is like flirting with me and im trying not to back but hes always like your being wierd and texting me and stuff... i dont wanna hurt my friend by telling her this, i just wish he would stop... what should i do please help (link)

i'd say tell this guy to back off and if this doesn't work i would tell your friend about it and explain you just ere talking and tell her what he's been doing because if she's understanding and a good friend she will understand

hey im a 15 female and i have brown hair thats pretty long a little below my boobs haha, its thick and when i let it air dry its wavy, but i can wear it either wavy or straight depending on what i want.. i have some layers and face framing but i wanted to try something new for the school year. i dont wanna get highlights or anything i am just looking for a new look so people will see a difference... and nothing too short because i have a oval shaped face and it wouldnt go good with it and i dont think side bangs would either... well thankss (link)

well go to a salon and tell them what you want and ask for there opinion on a new look and maybe a few highlights would be good but it's up tp you so look around maybe go in person and ask maybe a ballpark estimate on price

ok i'll get to the point. I didnt even know i had a sister until i was 9.. actually know one in my family knew i had a sister, and my sister didnt even know I existed.. See she's my half sister, my dad had sex with his old girlfriend when he got outta college, but he didnt even know she was pregnant. So when i was 9 i met her for the first time, and then she left, because she thought when she first met me and my, err, OUR dad she thought it would be JUST us, but our WHOLE family was there, could you blame them? someone new was entering our disfunctional family. So after an hour or so, when we all went shopping, she left with her boyfriend, she didnt leave a note or anything... she ran away. So i was sad, then i talked to her online, and she said she was mad at my dad for trying to force her to go to College, but she had a fine job. But now she never calls because she thinks my dad will answer the phone, and she talks to my aunt, but she never gets online, and she never talks to me-- ever! I know it's sorta like loving a stranger, but I still love her, but how could she love me? i'm pretty much a stranger, i was alive 9 years and she didnt even know that i was alive-- much more her sister. And the last time i saw her was 2 years ago and she didnt even talk to me really.. a little "hi" every once in a while then, but other than that, she didnt do anything or say anything to me. I know she dosent love me, or my dad, what do i do? i love her so much, how do i get her to love me back and visit and stuff? it's been YEARS! i'll rate high! (link)

some people just don't adjust to change and in this case i think that shes so mad at you dad she's so wrapped in it that she can't see there are people in your family that love her and want her there

don't worry so much because it's good to sweat it keeps you cool but when you go to the store again look for a deodorant that has an anti persperant w/ it and one i use that seems to be working is called tom's natural care of maine it's natural so it won't burn if you've just shaved but it smells good and there many different scents, and if that doesn't work then use a guys deodarent that has a lite scent they also work wonders

I want to wait until I am married to have sex. My friend and I were talking and this is what she said to me, "My mom told me she didn't want me to wait until marriage to have sex, because she wanted me to know what to do." I was thinking about it and I don't know anymore. I mean I don't want to go and read things on what to do/watch porn and stuff. I am not that kind of girl. Ok the subject sounds a little harsh for what I am about to say. My brother watches porn. I mean alot of porn. Its not really occasional, it's routinely. Sometimes I feel bad because, I get a little curious and I watch a video, but I mean now sometimes I feel sick. I regret ever watching the video because all I can think of is its contents. Thats not all I have seen, I have seen pictures and things on TV. I wish I had never seen any of it, because now my mind wanders to places I don't want it to wander. Does anybody else have this problem? Is there anyway for me to restore my "innocence"? (link)

well you can't have your innocence back but i think its healthy to let your mind wander to places you don't want it to b/c if you don't you can't overcome and then your just more sick but you might find out if you let the mind wander u may not feel sick anymore

well i'm sorry your gooing through this well i would say maybe you need to talk to your doctor about your problem and ask if you could try viagra,levitra and others like it. another thing you could do is try to watch porn or try different ostions and places like a cheap motel having sex in a taxi or limo and you maybe surprised by the outcome

13/f this is gonna be long. in the past two years i've had three really intense sex dreams where i wake up and i'm really sweaty and kind of shakey and i feel all tingly and stuff. the weird thing is that about a month after i have these dreams i have another dream where i will be in the delivery room at a hospital having the baby. one time i even woke up with cramps in my abdomen. this has happened for the first two times but i only had the last dream like two weeks ago. Are these dreams just a weird...really really weird coincidence or could they mean something?

Ok I'm goin on holiday In 1 week and I don't know what to do about hair removal. I always seem 2 get thick regrowth quickly. I have problems waxing and my hair is too short to wax at the moment. well i suggest shaving w/ a venus shaver or a good shaver then at like walmart, target and those places should have by lotion i tink have aveeno and there is an aveeno product that slows the groth of hair and i would give that a try

so i woud say take a flour tortilla and put a slice of his choice and fold it in half and put in microwave like 1 min then tell him its hot and let cool until he or u can safely touch it. then i would suggest that you find a blender and put 1-2 cups of milk is choco syrup then like a few squeezes or however much you think is good and then put some ice in blend and serve and if he likes peanut butter put a spoonful of that in tha shake i garuntee he'll love u

I'm thirteen and I want my navel pierced. My Grandparents [who were really strict with my Mom and her sister], are even okay with it. Both of my parents say that I'm too young. But my Dad doesn't live with me, so my Mom can still say yes. I asked her why she wouldn't let me get it done and she said 1] that she thinks if I got that done I would want my nipples done or something crazy like that. 2] she thinks I would walk around with belly shirts or something. well thats tough because sumtimes parents won't budge but 1) your not to young 2) maybe say that you shoulget a fake one and then show her that you won't wear slutty clothes and that if u were to anything else pierced like you nipples that you couldnt breast feed and they would hurt all the time and also if they got infected you could lose them and i personally want mine where they are

u can take echinacea and the one thing that helps me is go to like a grocerry store and find vitamin c tablets and take 6 every day until your btter and i feel better within 2-4 days
