Well lets start off my saying im 13/f and I weigh 155.I use to weigh 165 but then I stopped eating and I lost 10 pounds and well not eating isn't very healthy for you body and ive tried exercising with correct eating and that still didn't help so I just completely stopped eating and I think I over exercised.I would exercise 3 or more times a day for an hour or more and well I know im going about this the wrong way.I hate the way I look when I look into the mirror and I hate when I go shopping and nothing fits.Im a size 13 in Jr.'s clothes.Most ppl tell me that Im just exagerating about how big I really am and well I might be but if you were in my position you probably wouldn't like the way you looked either.Anyways to get to the point I need another way to help myself to lose weight or to gain self-confidence and be happy about the way I look without becoming anorexic.I can still eat so Im not completely anorexic yet so I need help before I get to that point.If anyone has any advice once so ever plz give me it.And I think Im pretty and all but I just hate the way my stomach looks.So plz help.I'll rate good so plz just help.Thank you.

ok well I'd say keep your rootine and if it's ur stomach you really hate well do alot of crunches/sit ups and it will help it smallen up and then tighten so after you get to what like 120 you'll have a nice tummy...lol...believe me I tried it I'm 14 and I weighed maybe 240 and I'm 6 feet like normally for me thats fat and big right so I hated it...my doctor said for my height the average weigh is 200 so I was 40 over wight and my doing cunches/sit up and weights at the gym every well almost everyday for the gym part I lost 100 pounds and I looked fabulous but then I stoped and I gained back 10...and well now I weigh like 180 because I didn't look healthy and well peoples said I needed to add pounds then I was like geese wont I ever be happy with my choice and I am with 180 I'm fine I wear size 8 in jeans and it's good i used to wear 18's so if just try it and do biking and active stuff I'm very active in many ways but the wight just wouldn't come off....son't worry it will come it took me over like 3 months to loose a few pounds then it just like fell off or sumthing...lol

um well I'm not sure but this is so gonna be hard...well first you have to pretty much invite your boyfriend over when your parents are there and make him be around your parents while you do stuff...and do like cuddle but don't kiss or anything...and also don't ask to be left alone with him cuz well yeah....and also try saying mom we want to go to the movies do you wanna come with us till well she sees that she can really trust you do something simular to that and don't worry it wont take that long your parents need to realize everybody starts to have sex at a young age now

you probably have a piece of bone at the wrong place which causes it to rub against the toher and makes it click....so just go see the doctor and aware him/her it doesn't hurt and that when you walk you always hear a click and ask him if he could check what it is...ok?

ok well what you do is put baking soda in a bol and you mix it up with water make sure it stays thick just like um a mask to put on your face...it will stick and then well when it starts to dry wash it off very well cuz it sumtimes sticks to your like eye brows if you put some on them

Ok hey this happened to me but without the sex part and the boy friend my best friend in a small amount of days she changed just like that became more bitchy preppy and trying to look all cool and acting slutish...what I did was send her an email send her a letter and talked to her on the phone not in person cuz I was about ready to punsh her lights out...she understood me very well and then became back my good friend for a weekend...lol...and if you tell her and it doesn't last well guess what she's changed purly oh and warn her that if she has alot of sex chances are the condom might break or sum and she might get pregnant which is very sad...just reason with her and be truth full to her u'll see u'll feel way better and includ the other pplz in ok?....cuz your not in this all by urself\

I never got it but all my friends that got it said that it hurts less then when u pierce the top of your ear or belly button so I guess it doesn't hurt that badcuz the make your tongue like extra small that the niddle just goes straight through without problems and you drinks stop to freeze it...so it's not that bad
