okay well if you get cards for a cell phone its a tracfone. my sisters have them . well you can get them at walmart . it depends on how much minutes you want . like if u want alot they are expencive! like my uncle got 1000 for like 500$ i think. Im in the army, been with my girlfriend 5 years. im 5'5 and 142 pounds(i know thats fat)and the past few days i have eaten alot.. im 14 and i am starting school at the end of August.. i want to lose 15 pounds.. but theres no gyms i could go to and i cant run in my neighborhood since its a bad one.. and i just can't stop myself from going into the kitchen to eat.. i try to drink 8 cups of water a day.. but nothings working.. i try sit ups etc. but i can't seem to stick with them.. can anyone help? first u and ur friend - take a class then just try to bbysit kids round ur neighborhood. then if you like it can start to baby sit ne one ! then once u take a class and babysit around ur neighborhood , u can tell the child(ren)'s parents and they will prolly feel safer !!!!!!!!!!!!! hope i helped !!

I lost my voice about a month ago when I went to a singing camp. I had basically overused my voice. Usually I am asked to sing at weddings and such, so my voice is important to me as a way to earn money and express myself. However, after my voice came back after losing it, it has changed. It almost seems for airy, or not as strong. I feel like I forgot how to sing in a way. This has never happened before. I can still sing, but it wasn't as good as it was. Any suggestions on how to build my voice back up to its full potential?
try getting like tapes of like do re me fa so la ta ( spelling ? ) and say that over n over then get highter n higher or like la fa la da laaaaaa ! nd it shuld get use to singin in ur old voice again !! hope i helped ! plz rate !

Aaahh!!! Okay I have a bone stickin out the heal of my right foot! A guy in my grade said he had a bone sticking out of his foot and he had to get surgery. I never saw his so I dont know if it is the same, but it hurts if I push on it or if my shoes are kinda tight. Is this normal? Anyone have this problem??

My daughter is almost 5 and she has a hard time entertaining herself so I can get dressed for the day or do work around the house. She has a lot of toys but rarely plays with most of them and wants to either watch t.v. or follow us around. It drives me crazy and my husband too, because she comes in our room when we tell her not to. I've threatened to throw out her toys, but it does no good. When we get angry she just laughs at us. We tried closing her up in her room but she just pounds on the door and screams that she is scared. We are expecting another child and we are afraid her behaivior is going to just get worse when the baby comes. She does not behave like this for other family that watches her. Anyone got any advice? Preferably parents who can relate to this situation and have some solutions please.
