im 5'5 and 142 pounds(i know thats fat)and the past few days i have eaten alot.. im 14 and i am starting school at the end of August.. i want to lose 15 pounds.. but theres no gyms i could go to and i cant run in my neighborhood since its a bad one.. and i just can't stop myself from going into the kitchen to eat.. i try to drink 8 cups of water a day.. but nothings working.. i try sit ups etc. but i can't seem to stick with them.. can anyone help? I'll rate anyone who has a fast easy solution to lose 15 pounds..

mk i kno its been awhile since u asked this ? buht im the same way im 5'4 nd 124 nd im 11! buht im tall for my age nd athletic buht.. im still bigger then my friends my age. just dont go into the kitchen as much !!! when u get bored - WORK OUT ! ofr breakfast eat fruit ! for lunch eat a turkey sandwhich for dinner eat the regular just not as much ! stick to that ^ ! hope i help(Ed)

okay.. don't drink too much water because you might gain weight.. it won`t be fat, it will be water weight but weight nonetheless. do NOT drink softdrinks. if you want to lose weight drinking soft drinks ruins it for you. Also the more you sweat, the more weight you lose.I know it sounds gross but it works. Put on some dancing music, turn it up loud and jump around and dance and act stupid.. get a friend over and do some goofy dances. it will help out your muscles,it will make you sweat, it keeps you out the kitchen and it isnt too boring! If you want to work out your thighs or your legs there is a really good exercise for it.. it might be kinda hard to explain but ill do my best..okay well first off you go up to a wall and you put your back to it.put your legs in front of you and then sit down a little. make your knees have a 90 degree angle in them. pretend like your sitting on an invisible chair thats up against the wall. then get a heavy book ( dictionary, bible, yellow pages, textbook, etc.) and pick your arms up and spell out the alphabet. a,b,c,d.. If you are doing it right you probably won't be able to get past N or O.. Also, dont do it fast, do it slow so it gives you a chance to work your arms and legs... OK 1st of all since ur taller thats not fat!! but if u feel like u need to loose a few and u cant walk around ur neighbor hood, then even tho it sounds silly walk all over ur house! seriously, walk from one end to the other! or better, run! and to keep ur self away from the kitchen, keep urself busy, like play on the computer watch a movie, when ur caught up in something u dont think about food! and sometimes, most the time when u think u are hongry, ur body actually just needs a drink! so instead of a snack have water or juice! i hope these work for u!

Put your favorite song on while you do bicycles. Go up on your elbows and kick your legs in and out, but keep them low to the ground. They're really tiring but if you have music on then it's a lot easier.

um well u just gotta force urself...think hard...think of somethin u really love to do...for example...listen to music and make urself think...if u eat this much u cant do ur fav thing...force urself not to be able to do that....and eventually u will wanna stop eatin to be able to do the thing u love..or like ot do...or also...dont drink pop...thats a big thing....eat alot of salads...water n salads..u will loose weight

Hey I reccomend exercizing. It doesnt have to be in a gym. You can just run, play a sport, swim, or go on a trapoline. Also try and eat healthy. Get your meat, vegies, and friut. It works for me! Hope I helped. Good luck. -Jenny
