I asked this before but im asking again..Ok heres the problem..my hair is about to my shoulder and it is very thick..also very poofy. what should i do to make my hair not as poofy? i tried straightening it..that didn't work but also i have a crappy straightner. I hate my hair! What are some good kinds of Straightners? Can someone help me? please!! thanx in advance!

you could get a chi or a helen of troy, you can get it chemically straightened or relaxed.. whatever you call it.. and you can go and get your hair trimmed and thinned.. they will take a lot of your hair and make it thinner.. it works pretty good.

im 5'5 and 142 pounds(i know thats fat)and the past few days i have eaten alot.. im 14 and i am starting school at the end of August.. i want to lose 15 pounds.. but theres no gyms i could go to and i cant run in my neighborhood since its a bad one.. and i just can't stop myself from going into the kitchen to eat.. i try to drink 8 cups of water a day.. but nothings working.. i try sit ups etc. but i can't seem to stick with them.. can anyone help? I'll rate anyone who has a fast easy solution to lose 15 pounds.. (link)

okay.. don't drink too much water because you might gain weight.. it won`t be fat, it will be water weight but weight nonetheless. do NOT drink softdrinks. if you want to lose weight drinking soft drinks ruins it for you. Also the more you sweat, the more weight you lose.I know it sounds gross but it works. Put on some dancing music, turn it up loud and jump around and dance and act stupid.. get a friend over and do some goofy dances. it will help out your muscles,it will make you sweat, it keeps you out the kitchen and it isnt too boring! If you want to work out your thighs or your legs there is a really good exercise for it.. it might be kinda hard to explain but ill do my best..okay well first off you go up to a wall and you put your back to it.put your legs in front of you and then sit down a little. make your knees have a 90 degree angle in them. pretend like your sitting on an invisible chair thats up against the wall. then get a heavy book ( dictionary, bible, yellow pages, textbook, etc.) and pick your arms up and spell out the alphabet. a,b,c,d.. If you are doing it right you probably won't be able to get past N or O.. Also, dont do it fast, do it slow so it gives you a chance to work your arms and legs...
