I'm in the ninth grade with the stress and anxiety levels way beyond what my age permits. School makes me crazy. Especially with midterms and finals and what not, I hardly sleep. I'm getting four hours miximum, and wake up randomly to find myself forgetting a random fact, and studying some more. My family isn't putting a lot of pressure on me, or anything, but I just freak out and have high expectations of myself. I study way way too much and at weird times. Is there anything that would help me to relax just a little, and clear my head before tests? I know a little anxiety is normal, but what I feel is probably far from it.

oh my gosh.
you are my twin i swear; except i'm 3 years older and i averaged 2 hours of sleep. this amount of stress can LITERALLY kill you..trust me, i suffered numerous medical conditions from it. please please PLEASE go to a doctor, like a psychologist or something. they should have phamplets about stress and anxiety you can take a look at.
my mom works in the department of education in the mayo clinic of rochester, MN..she prepares and edits all kinds of books like that for teens. in fact, just two nights ago i edited one they're working on right now. you may think they'll be stupid and wont help you but if you go into it with an open mind, the writers really do know what they're talking about and you can turn your life around in a snap! i'm at school right now though so i can't say much more. any more questions or just want to talk, message me!

hey sweetie! i totallyyyyyy understand where you're coming from. i've been dating my boyfriend for 3 years on march 11th..i'm 17 right now, i was 14 when we started dating. even at a young age, i was never one to throw around the "L" word. so even though i was having really intense feelings for my boyfriend, i refused to say I love you for almost a year because I understood that as a freshman, I DIDNT know what love was..to some people it may even sound silly for a senior to think she's in love but i know i am..and looking back on it, i truly knew i was in love with him about when i turned 15. we're going to college together and are fully planning on spending the rest of our lives with each other.
i reallyyy don't want to put a damper on your feelings here but to be honest, i think you ARE a little too young to be thinking you're in love. especially when you started dating when you were 12. assuming your parents are in love (if not, compare them to another adult couple that are obviously in love and have been married for a long time)..could you really say that you and your boyfriend love each other like THEY love each other? if you're mature at all, i would guess the answer is no.
saying this right now, i almost feel guilty because when i first started dating my boyfriend, i despised people like me. you just have to take it one day at a time and PLEASE! don't rush things..you're in middle school for heavens sake. remember that millions of people confuse love for infatuation.

it's cheating.
cheating doesn't only consist of doing physical things. in my opinion, you can cheat just by having a side relationship. him saying these things mean he's emotionally involved and gets off by thinking of him with you (his EX!) it's not fair to his girlfriend. you need to stop talking to him because if you don't, you could get yourself into a lot of trouble with her and her friends and they could accuse you of doing stuff you didn't actually do, or intend to do.

well, since you've already shaven i'm sure it's not so long you can like..grab onto it. but thats the first step for people, cut the majority of it off with a scissors lol i know it sounds weird... now for you, since you get irritated easily (which is what happens to everyone all the time but especially the first 5 or so times you shave), put lotion on a couples times a day prior to when you shave. then once in the shower, put foamy soap all over and shave DOWN..the way the hair grows to get most of it off. then you can "fine tune things" and shave normally. rinse off, put more soap on then lotion once more after getting out. only rub down, not up
